Connection to water drain
(Products with a condenser);
In products equipped with condenser
unit, water accumulated during the drying
cycle accumulates in the water tank. You
should drain accumulated water after
each drying cycle.
You can directly drain accumulated water
through the water drain hose supplied
with the product instead of periodically
draining the water collected in the water
tank.
Connecting the water drain hose:
1. Pull the hose out by its end to remove
it from the product. Do not use any
tools to remove the hose. Attach the
drain hose adaptor to the end of this
hose.
2. Connect the special drain hose
supplied with the product to the hose
adaptor fitting.
3. Connect the other end of the drain
hose directly to the wastewater drain
or to the washbasin. The fitting must
always be secured in every type of
connection. Your house may flood
if the hose comes out of its housing
during water discharge.
C When you direct the water drain to
outside, “Water Tank” warning light will
turn on at the end of each programme.

cap.
2. Attach the drain hose and replace the
bracket to its position.

tight after it is connected to the drain
in order to obtain a better water flow
since the machine is not equipped with
a pump. You can cut and shorten the
hose to adjust its length if necessary.
C The end of the hose should never be
higher than the level of the water outlet
on the machine. Otherwise, the “tank
full” light of your machine will illuminate
and stop the programme.
C If the dryer is mounted on the washing
machine by means of a bracket, use of
the water drain hose is recommended.
The drain hose should be directed
downwards as shown in the figure.
