Assembly Instructions:
Step 1)
Using flat head screws, attach the bottom (recessed holes up) to the bottom supports. Make sure the large “caster holes” face down and the predrilled hole closest to the end of each support is near the edge. The bottom assembly should look like figure 1.
Step 2)
Using flat head screws, attach back (recessed holes out) to one back support. Make sure the large “dowel hole” faces inward, as shown.
Step 3)
Insert dowel into remaining back support and then into the previously attached back support. Next, secure unattached back support to back, again us­ing flat head screws. The back assembly should now look like figure 3.

Step 4)
Using truss head screws, attach one chest side to the bottom assembly., as shown in fig. 4.
Note: Slots on chest sides should face inward.

Step 5)
Using the remaining truss head screws attach the back assembly to the same side piece. Attach re­maining chest side, holding the bottom and back assemblies in place.
NOTE: Back assembly should rest on bottom supports.
Step 6)
Carefully push casters’ metal stem into holes lo­cated on the underside of chest so they are fully seated.

Step 7)
Slide front piece into the slots provided on the chest sides until it rests evenly on the bottom.
