Assembly Instructions:
8 – 10 X 1-1/4” Phillips, Truss Head Screws
Step 1)
Using flat head screws, attach the bottom
(recessed holes up) to the bottom supports. Make
sure the large “caster holes” face down and the
predrilled hole closest to the end of each support
is near the edge. The bottom assembly should
look like figure 1.
Step 2)
Using flat head screws, attach back (recessed
holes out) to one back support. Make sure the
large “dowel hole” faces inward, as shown.

Step 3)
Insert dowel into remaining back support and then
into the previously attached back support. Next,
secure unattached back support to back, again using flat head screws. The back assembly should
now look like figure 3.

Step 4)
Using truss head screws, attach one cart side to
the bottom assembly., as shown in fig. 4.
Step 5)
Using the remaining truss head screws attach the
back assembly to the same side piece. Attach remaining cart side, holding the bottom and back assemblies in place.
NOTE: Back assembly should rest on bottom
supports.

Step 6)
Carefully push casters’ metal stem into holes located on the underside of cart so they are fully
seated.
