(1) The MODE switch selects one of the
following operation modes:
OCT 2: Heav y octave sound, adds a second oc tave to the rst one.
DRIVE: Adds an overdrive eect to the original and the octave d signal.
(2) The DIRECT control adjust s the
level of the original input signal (and the DIR OUT connec tor). In DRIVE mode it ad justs total volume.
(3) The OCT 1 cont rol adjusts the level
of the generate d signal one octave below the original signal.
(4) The function of th is knob depends on
the positio n of the MODE switch (1):
POLY>RANGE: Denes the freq uency range in which the i nput signal triggers th e octave eect.
OCT 2>OCT 2: Controls the vo lume of the second oct ave.
DRIVE>DRIVE: Controls the depth of the over drive eect.
(5) The blue ON /BATT LED illuminate s when the eect is ac tivated. It also ser ves as a battery l evel indicator.
(6) Use the foot switch to activate/deac tivate the eect.
(7) The ¼" TS connector (GTR IN) is optimized for guitars. Use connector BASS IN (9) for optimized
bass guitar performance.
(8) The ¼" TS connector (OUT A) connects to your amp.
(9) The ¼" TS connector (BASS IN) is optimized for bass guitar s. Use connector GTR IN ( 7) for
optimized guitar performance.
(10) The ¼" TS connector (DIR OUT) passes the unaecte d input signal through, as long as t he eect
is inactive. Thus OUT A is muted. When the eect is active, the eects signal is sent through OUT A while the DIR OUT c arries the input signal. The volume of the DIR OUT signal is depending on the DIRECT control’s setting. This output conguration is useful when dierent eects should be added to the input signal and the eec t signal, after the octave pedal’s output.
If the DIR OUT connector is not in use, the unaected input signal and the eec t signal
are both se nt out through OUT A, depending on the eect ac tivation.
Use the DC IN connection at the f ront of the unit to plug in a 9 V power supply (not included).
The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is located und erneath the pedal cover. To install or rep lace the 9 V battery (not included), pres s the hinges with a ballpoi nt pen and remove the pedal cover. Be ca reful not to scratch th e unit.

The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the underside.
In rare cases interferences of the normal function may appear by external inuence
