This eec ts pedal is ideally suited f or electric guitar s, which need a boost in or der to overdrive a
subsequent amp. Thanks to its high-performance features you can create state- of-the-art overdrive
sounds for almost any applic ation.

(1) The LEVEL control adjust s the output level.
(2) The TONE control allows you to shape your overall sound.
(3) The DRIVE control adjusts the amount of the over drive/distortion ee ct.
(4) The ON /BATT LED illuminates when the eect is activated. It also serves as a
batter y level indicator.
(5) Use the footswitch to ac tivate/deactivate the eect.
(6) Use this ¼" TS IN connector to plug in the instrument c able.
(7) The ¼" TS OUT connector sends the signal to your amp.
Use the DC IN connection to plug in a 9 V power supply (not included).
The BATTERY COMPARTMENT is located underneath the pedal cover. To install or replace the 9 V bat tery
(not included), press the hinges with a ballpoint pen and remove the pedal cover. Be caref ul not to
scratch the unit.
◊ The OD400 has no on/o switch. As soon as you insert the plug into the in connec tor,
the OD400 is on. When not in use, remove the plug from the in connector. This extends
the life of the battery.
The SERIAL NUMBER is located at the underside.
