If you wish your document can be transferred more
effectively and efficiently, do not rely on traditional
solution to buy a separate printer, scanner or copier. It
costs thousands of dollars and plus you need to convert
your paper documents to digital format to be shared on
the network.
With Avision @V2500 MFP, you do not have the
trouble to make a hardcopy on a copier and then
digitize them on a separate scanner. The Avision
@V2500 is a ethernet-ready device integrating
scan-to-email, scan-to-filing, networking, and digital
copy capabilities into one single unit.
Scan-to-email
The scan-to-email feature lets you scan paper-based
documents in full color and e-mail them in one of the
PDF, JPEG, or TIFF file format directly from the
@V2500. As a result, you can send the scanned
document simultaneously to a lot of people. Plus, there
are a total of 2,000 e-mail addresses which be added
in the machine.
Scan-to-filing
The scan-to-filing feature allows you to scan the
documents and save them to a folder of a personal
computer or any server in the network through the FTP,
HTTP, HTTPS, CIFS, or AVPP (Avision Post Processing)
protocol since the @V2500 is built in with an ethernet
port at the rear side.
Digital Copying
What is best, when the @V2500 is connected to a
laser printer, the whole set turns out to be a powerful
digital copier. Through the easy-to-use operation
panel, you can make copies just like you do on a
regular copy machine.
Multiple Pages Sending
With the Auto Document Feeder, the @V2500 allows a
stack of 50-page document(s) to be continuously
scanned and transmitted at one time in reliable quality
to increase your efficiency.
Another important feature of the Avision @V2500 is
the advanced scanning technology it applied. Its core
image processing components are CCD based, with a
true optical resolution of 600 dpi, giving the images
generated by the @V2500 picture-perfect quality. The
authentic reproduction of original documents brings
out more details and shows more colors for your copies
or scanned image that is a key factor to effectively
share document on the network.

the @V2500 allows you to digitize your document first
and then send the scanned image as attachment via

The Avision @V2500 scan station comes with full
version of Vision Manager software application
developed by Avision.
Avision Vision Manager
The Avision Vision Manager allows administrator to
easily configure each @V2500 on the network. What
is more, a long list of e-mail addresses or filing
destinations can also be imported or exported from one
@V2500 to another @V2500 on the network. In
addition, you can also update firmware and duplicate
the administrator settings from one @V2500 to another
@V2500.

an image file, and then transmitted to remote recipients
within minutes.
Scan-to-filing from the @V2500
With a touch of the Filing key and the selection of your
destination server, your document(s) is/are first
digitized, and then stored to remote servers within
minutes. The scan-to-file feature off-loads the mail
server from handling large attachments.

Address Book/Profiles Manager
The product provides a convenient way to manage all
the e-mail addresses and profiles (filing destinations).
By simply typing the machine's IP address in the URL
field of your browser, the product web page will be
prompted. This web page allows you to create up to
2000 e-mail addresses and 50 filing destinations to
manage your document.
