Assembly and mounting Instructions
Thank you for purchasing VFI's Media Wall Cart.
These instructions will explain assembly and mounting common
items which may be used with this product.
Confirm all parts are included before you begin assembly.
Not all hardware supplied will be used depending on your mounting configuration.

Attach Crossmember
Step 1
With the cabinet upside down
on a soft surface (rug or carpet)

M8x45 Bolt

Fender

Screwdriver
or Roberston #2
Silver Casters
(2 Locking)
(2 non-locking)
M8 Nut

Attach the crossbrace with
supplied 1/4-20 Bolts and
Hex key.
Make sure to center piece.

Step 2
Attach casters to Base Tubes.
Make sure to putting locking
casters at the front.

Attaching Uprights and feet.

Step 3
Set the Cabinet with doors facing up.
Insert Carriage bolts through all
3 pieces and a nut from the bottom.
Once all 6 are tight. stand unit up.

Step 4
Insert first panel from top into tracks.
Make sure to hold uprights together
before inserting screws.
Repeat with second panel.
Step 5
Install and Setup shelves
Door Hidden
for Visibility.
Step 6
A)Position mount or item on panels. (across both panels if possible)
B)Mark hole locations with pencil.
C)Drill holes using 11/32 drill bit.
D)Open bracket mount Bag.
Pass 8mm Bolts through bracket. (drill holes larger if required)
Place large fender washer and Nut and tighten with wrench.
