Communications®/S.T.R.™ HT2006/5 (5-
button) or HT2006/10 (10-button), in
(White, Grey, Ivory, or Brown) color.
Handset(s) shall be mounted (surface,
flush or desktop). Handset(s) shall
feature elect ret condenser microphone for
exceptional voice fidelity. Handsets that
include carbon transmitter or other
voice tec hnologies shall not be
acceptable. Handset shall have a
textured finish and heavy- duty coiled
cord. Handset(s) shall include a built-in
button call directory. Push butt ons shall
be c learly visible and shall be marked in a
different c olor. Handset(s) shall include
an adjustable volume AC buzzer (for
handset t o handset signaling). Handsets
that c an be signaled from one or more
door speakers shall include a model#

The Alpha Communicat ions® / S.T .R.™ HT2006 Series handsets are designed to work as a
home or office type handset intercom station or with or without paging capabilities for
industrial and commercial applications.

Choose from White, Grey, Ivory or Brown in either a 5-button (HT2006/5) or 10-button
(HT2006/10) version.

These attractive handset s easily surface mount right on the wall or over a single gang flush
elect rical back box (or plaster ring). Handsets can be c hanged to desk mount with the
addition of a model TZ1006 series desk adapter, or c an be flush mounted with t he addition
of a Model UM1004 flush housing/trim assembly.

All HT2006 series handsets feat ure textured finish (to minimize scratc hes and fingerprints),
elect ric buzzer signaling (adjustable), heavy duty c oiled cord with strain relief and five (5)
or ten (10) momentary button switc hes. These switc hes can be used for calling from
handset t o handset , door release, paging or other signalling functions, depending upon
system c onfiguration.

Signalling from a door speaker to the HT2006 handsets is acc omplished with the addition of
a low-cost Model R2006 AlphaTone™ chime adapter.
