Technical Details:
We are currently equipped to utilize electronic files from either Macintosh or PC, camera-ready
artwork that you provide or provide you with the option of letting our artwork supplier create an
acceptable graphic for you. Please review and complete this form and include with your requests.
Upon receipt of the request, you will be notified as to when a sample (proof) will be made available for
your approval. At that time, any cost associated with the development of your artwork will be made
available (this is a one-time set-up charge). Please review this form which outlines all the necessary
artwork requirements and feel free to contact the 3M Artwork Control Center with any further
questions.
* All artwork imprints may shift 1/8" vertically or horizontally.

Note: Camera-ready artwork will be scanned-in for use with our imprinting system. This
artwork option will not provide the best print quality on your final product.
Artwork can be sized and/or created by our Artwork Control Center for a nominal fee. Prices will
range from $250. USD for artwork provided to the Center electronically to size, to $400 for artwork
that must be recreated completely. Call as noted below for details.

file, please include a hard copy for reference within your shipment).
