I-1.시작하기 전에 ( Precautions ) , Precauciones

본 제품을 설치 시 튜브가 꺾이거나 꼬이면 정상적으로 작동하지 않을 수 있으므로 튜브가 꺾이거나 꼬이지 않도록 각별히 주의 하여 주시기 바랍니다.

작동유량 저하로 인한 성능저하나 모터 과부하등으로 고장의 원인이 될 수 있습니다.

• While installing this product, please be sure that the tubes are not folded or twisted, so as to not hinder normal flow of the liquid, as reduced

flow rate will lower the performance and continual overload on the pump motor may result in a breakdown of the motor eventually.

• Mientras instale el producto, por favor, asegúrese de que los tubos no estén doblados o enroscados, esto podría dificultar el flujo normal del
líquido. La reducción del flujo producirá un menor rendimiento del producto así como una continua sobrecarga en el motor de la bomba, que

■ II-2.WCL02 SERIES INSTALLATION INFORMATION

WCL 02 제품은 기본적으로 CPU만을 냉각 하도록 설계 되었으며 CPU,GPU,칩셋의 발열량에 따라 여러가지 형태로 구성하
여 제품을 설치 할 수 있습니다.
사용자의 CPU, GPU, 칩셋이 모두 다르므로 적정한 방법을 선택하여 조립하여 주시기 바랍니다.

WCL02 water cooler is designed to best perform when cooling one CPU only.
Careful setup is required for the extended cooing applications for GPU and another chipset since cooling effect resulting
from the variation may vary, sometimes greatly, according to the system specifications.

각 부품의 발열 정도에 따라 냉각효과가 다를 수 있으므로 고발열 CPU사용자는 CPU 단독 냉각을 추천합니다. 단, 옵션품

External 120mm Radiator 를 함께 사용하면 CPU,GPU,칩셋 모두 냉각효과가 좋습니다.

CPU 자켓 설치시 메인보드가 수직으로 세워서 달려지는 경우 작동액의 흐름이 아래 그림과 같이 되도록
설치 하시기 바랍니다. 단 수평면으로 장착 할 때에는 방향과 관계 없습니다.

제품을 PC에 설치하기 전에 먼저 조립하고 시운전을 실행 한 후 PC에설치하는순서로되어있습니다.

STEP 1: WCL02 INSTALLATION - FITTING ASSEMBLY

스페너를 이용하여 피팅을 각 부품에 그림과 같이 조립합니다. 이때 너무 무리한 힘을가하면 피팅이 파손될수 있
으므로 주의 합니다.

튜브의 절단은 사용자의 케이스에 따라 절단 길이를 달리 합니다. 아래 표는 표준 ATX케이스를 예로한것입니다.

냉각수의 흐름을 고려하여 그림과 같이 나머지 튜브의 연결을
완성 합니다. 이때 튜브가 꺽이거나 접히지 않도록 주의하십시오.
튜브를 손으로 잡고 스페너로 조이면 꼬임을 방지 할 수 있습니다.

STEP 6 :WCL02 INSTALLATION

First Coolant Injection : 130cc (approx.)

PC PowerOFF

펌프의 전원을 연결하지 않은 상태에서 물통 뚜껑을 열고 냉각수를

약 130cc정도 주입합니다. 이때 냉각수가 주변에 흐를수 있으므로

반드시 PC 외부에서 주입하고 휴지를 준비하여 냉각수 유출시

닦아 내시기 바랍니다.

STEP 7: WCL02 INSTALLATION

Second Coolant Injection : 100cc (approx.)

Total Coolant Volume : 230cc (approx.)

( Tighten the Water Tank Cap : PC POWER OFF )

펌프의 뚜껑이 열린 채로 펌프에 전원(DC 12V)을 가하여
냉각수를 순환시키면서 약 100cc정도를 추가로 주입합니다.
이때 냉각수의 양은 그림의 붉은 점선 정도 입니다.
주입이 완료되면 뚜껑을 닫고 주변에 흐른 냉각수를 깨끗이
청소합니다

손이나 피부에 냉각수가 접촉 되었으면 즉시 흐르는물
에 깨끗이 씻고, 먹지 않도록 주의 바랍니다. 만약의 사
고 발생시 즉시 의사와 상담 바랍니다.

1. 작업중 메모리등 주변기기가 손상되지 않도록 주의를 요합니다.

2. 자켓 세트의 장착 정확도및 장력에 따라 CPU냉각 성능에 영향을 미치므로 주의하여 설치 하시기 바랍니다.

1. PC의 전원을 끄고 그래픽카드를 분리 합니다.

2. 자켓의 설치가 가능한 그래픽카드인지 확인합니다.

3. 설치가 가능한 종류면 장착된 쿨러를 분리하고
GPU면을 깨끗이 닦아냅니다.

4. GPU와 GPU자켓면에 열전도 그리스를 얋게 바릅니다

5. GPU용 클립을 조정하여 장착 합니다.

6. GPU자켓이 고정 되도록 클립의 장력을 조정합니다.

1. PC의 전원을 끄고 메인보드를 분리 합니다.

2. 자켓의 설치가 가능한 메인보드인지 확인합니다.

3. 설치가 가능한 종류면 장착된 쿨러를 분리하고
칩셋면을 깨끗이 닦아냅니다.

4. 칩셋와 칩셋자켓면에 열전도 그리스를 얋게 바릅니다

5. 칩셋용 클립을 조정하여 장착 합니다.

6. 칩셋자켓이 고정 되도록 클립의 장력을 조정합니다.

STEP 11: WCL02 INSTALLATION CPU Water Block Assembly

1. PC의 전원이 완전히 꺼진 상태에서 기존에 설치된 쿨러를 분리하고 CPU면을 깨끗이 닦아냅니다.

2. CPU 종류에 맞는 클립을 선택하여 그림의 순서와 같이 조립합니다.
