l Avoidshort-circuitofabatterycausedbymetalobjects.Ifpossible,cutoffthepower
supplyofthebatterybeforeperformingotheroperations.
l Duringitsworking,batterieswillreleaseinammablegas,sotheyshouldbeplacedin
theenvironmentwhichiswellventilatedwithproperrepreventionmeasurestaken.
l Whenabatteryisover60℃intemperature,checkitforanyspillofacidliquid.Handle
timelyifthereisanyspillofacidliquid.
l Whenmovingorhandlingabatterywithleakage,becarefultoprotectyourselffrom
anypossibleharmbytheacidliquid.UseNaHCO
neutralizeorabsorbthemifanyspillofacidliquidisfound.
l Washwithcleanwaterifanyonetouchesanyspillofthebattery.Ifthesituationis
quiteserious,takehimtothehospitalafterwashingwithcleanwater.

Takespecialmeasurestokeepitdust-proofanddamp-proof,andothermeasures
againstinsectsandrodents.
l Ensurethattheprimarypowerisstableandreliable;checkthesystemgrounding
andlightninggroundperiodically.Inparticular,checkthelightningprotectionsystem
beforeandafterthestormyseasonfortheprotectionofthefacilities.
l Establishacompletesetofmaintenanceregulationsfortheequipmentroomto
standardizetheroutinemaintenancework.Detailedmaintenanceattendancelog
shouldbemaintainedaboutsystemoperation,softwareversion,conguration
change,upgradingandtroubleshootingrecordsforfaultanalysisandsolutionsinthe
future.
l Itisprohibitedtoplaygames,accessInternetoncomputerterminalsandsetup,run,
copyanysoftwarethatisirrelevanttothesystemorapplythecomputerterminalfor
otherintention.
l ConguredifferentNMpasswordsfordifferentaccessrightsandputthemunder
authorizedmanagement.Changethepasswordsperiodicallywithonlyauthorized
