Model 4414F has a standard mounting bracket for desktop systems.
Bracket length is 12.1 cm (4.75 inches)

Model 4416F has a short mounting bracket for installation in low-profile
desk top systems. The Model 4416F plugs directly into a PCI expansion slot of
a low-profile system and does not require a riser card.
Bracket length is 8 cm (3.15 inches)
