FORKLIFT MOUNTING
PLATE TEMPLATE
Forklift Mounting Plate Instructions
To install the forklift mounting plate:
1. Position the forklift mounting plate template on the mounting
surface to determine the location of the mounting screw holes.
2. Pre-drill holes to accomodate four 1.5” #8 head screws.
3. Screw the the mounting plate on to the mounting surface.
4. Attach the interface and power cables to the appropriate ports
as necessary.
5. Attach the FLB3678 cradle to the three cradle mounting holes
on the mounting plate using the three mounting screws
provided.
6. Place the scanner in the cradle.

ensure that the dimensions print correctly by setting
the Page Sizing and Handling to Actual Size.
