Responsive Pickups

The same highly efficient pickups used in
the APX line are responsible for the Travel
Guitar’s incredible sound. A single, bridge
mounted piezo-electric pickup produces
warm, rich lows with crystal clear highs that
are oblivious to the guitar’s small size.

Preamp

Tonal flexibility is provided
with a specially designed
preamp with volume and tone
controls and powered by a 9V
battery.

APXT1 Gig Bag

Three mini guitars that are small in size but big
on quality and sound. Based on the APX series,
the APXT Traveler series are quality hollow body
guitars with spruce tops, alder sides and maple
necks. Both the steel string and nylon string
versions incorporate 22-fret necks that are
accurately intonated and easy to play.

The steel string JR1 is modeled after the FG
series. Yamaha craftsmanship and the use of
select woods throughout this instrument create a
compact folk guitar offering authentic acoustic
sound.
