IMPORTANT PRECAUTIONS
WARNING: To reduce the risk of serious injury, read the following important precautions before
using the weight bench.
1. It is the responsibility of the owner to ensure
that all users of the WEIDER®110 are adequately informed of all precautions.
2. Use the WEIDER
®
110 only on a level surface.
Cover the floor beneath the WEIDER®110 for
protection.
3. Wear appropriate clothing when exercising;
always wear athletic shoes for foot protection.
4. Inspect and tighten all parts regularly.
Replace any worn parts immediately.
5. Use the WEIDER
®
110 only as described in
this manual. This product is designed to support a total weight of no more than 250
pounds.
6. Keep children under 12 and pets away from
the WEIDER
®
110 at all times.
7. If you feel faint, dizzy, or short of breath at
any time during exercise, stop immediately
and begin cooling down.
8. When using the weight bench, make sure
that the lock pins are fully inserted and are
turned to the locked position.
8. The slant board is intended for home use
only. Do not use the slant board in any commercial, rental, or institutional setting.
10. Read all instructions in this manual before
using the weight bench.
