1. Limited Warranty
a. General

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Limited Warranty, from the date of sale by ADI to the Buyer through the period
of time for product categories specified in Section 1(b), ADI warrants its W Box Technologies products to be free from
defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service, normal wear and tear excepted. Except as required
by law, this Limited Warranty is only made to Buyer and may not be transferred to any third party.

ADI shall have no obligation under this Limited Warranty or otherwise if:
(i) The product is improperly installed, applied or maintained;
(ii) The product is installed outside of stated operating parameters, altered, or improperly services or repaired;
(iii) Damage is caused by outside natural occurrences, such as lightning, power surges, fire, floods, acts of nature, or
the like.
(iv) Defects resulting from unauthorized modification, misuse, vandalism, or other causes
unrelated to defective materials or workmanship, or failures related to batteries of any type used in connection with the
products sold hereunder.

ADI only warrants those products branded as W Box Technologies products and sold by ADI. Any other products branded
by third parties are warranted by the third party manufacturer for a period as defined by the third party manufacturer,
and ADI makes available or assigns to Buyer those warranties and only those warranties extended by such third party
manufacturers or vendors for non-ADI branded products to the extent that ADI has the right to such warranties or is
entitled to assign them. ADI does not itself warrant any non-ADI branded product and sells only on an as is basis in
accordance with ADI’s terms and conditions of sale.

b. Specific Warranties for product categories are as follows:

PRODUCT OR ASSET OR ANY LOSS ARISING FROM BUSINESS INTERRUPTION (IN EACH CASE WHETHER DIRECT OR
INDIRECT TO THE EXTENT THAT THESE ARE NOT INCLUDED IN (I)) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING IN ANY WAY TO THE
PRODUCT AND.OR FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, OR UPON ANY

OTHER BASIS OF LIABILITY WHATSOEVER, EVEN IF THE LOSS OR DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY ADI’S OWN NEGLIGENCE OR

FAULT AND EVEN IF ADI HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH LOSSES OR DAMAGES. Any product description

(whether in writing or made orally by ADI or ADI’s agents), specifications, samples, models, bulletin, drawings, diagrams,
engineering sheets, or similar materials used in connection with the Buyer’s order are for the sole purpose of identifying
ADI’s products and shall not be construed as an express warranty or condition. Any suggestions by ADI or ADI’s agents

regarding use, applications or suitability of the products shall not be construed as an express warranty or condition unless
confirmed to be such in writing by ADI. ADI does not represent that the products it sells may not be compromised or
circumvented; that the products will prevent any personal injury or property loss by burglary, robbery, fire or otherwise,
or that the products will in all cases provide adequate warning or protection. Buyer understands and will cause its
customer to understand that a properly installed and maintained product is not insurance or guarantee that such will not
cause or lead to personal injury or property loss. CONSEQUENTLY TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADI
SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY, PROPERTY DAMAGE OR OTHER LOSS BASED ON ANY CLAIM AT ALL
INCLUDING A CLAIM THAT THE PRODUCT FAILED TO GIVE WARNING. However, if ADI is held liable whether directly or
indirectly for any loss or damage with respect to the products it sells, regardless of cause or origin, its maximum liability
shall not in any case exceed the purchase price of the product, which shall be fixed as liquidated damages and not as a
penalty and shall be the complete and exclusive remedy against ADI.

3. Limitation on Liability to Buyer’s Customers.

Buyer agrees to limit liability to its customers to the fullest extent permitted by law. Buyer acknowledges that ADI shall
only be deemed to give consumers of its products such statutory warranties as may be required by law and at no time
shall Buyer represent to its customers and/or users of ADI products that ADI provides any additional warranties. By
accepting the products, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Buyer assumes all liability for, and agrees to indemnity and
hold ADI harmless against and defend ADI from, any and all suits, claims, demands, causes of action and judgments
relating to damages, whether for personal injury or to personal property, suffered by any person, firm, corporation or

business association, including but not limited to, Buyer’s customers and/or users of the products because of any failure of

the products to detect and/or warn of the danger for which the goods were designed or any other failure of the products
whether or not such damages are caused or contributed to by the sold or joint concurring negligence or fault of ADI.

4. Returns

Subject to the terms and conditions listed below, during the applicable warranty period, ADI will replace Product or
provide a credit at purchase at its sole option free of charge any defective products returned prepaid. Any obligations of
ADI to replace Limited Lifetime warranty products pursuant to this warranty which result from defect are limited to the
availability of replacement product. ADI reserves the right to replace any such products with the then currently available
products, or provide a credit in its sole discretion. In the event Buyer has a problem with any ADI product, please contact
your local ADI branch for return instructions:

Be sure to have the model number and the nature of the problem available. In the event of replacement, the return

product will be credited to Buyer’s account and a new invoice issued for the replacement item. ADI reserves the right to

issue a credit only in lieu of replacement.

If any W Box Technologies product is found to be in good working order or such product’s inability to function properly is a

result of user damage or abuse, the product will be returned to Buyer in the same condition as received and Buyer shall be
responsible for any return freight changes.

Where any term of this Limited Warranty is prohibited by such laws, it shall be null and void, but the remainder of the
Limited Warranty shall remain in full force and effect.

NOTE:

Press RESET about 10s when the camera is powering on or rebooting to restore the default settings, including the user
name, password, IP address, port No., etc.

Before you start:

Make sure the device in the package is in good condition and all the assembly parts are included.

Make sure all the related equipment is power-off during the installation.

Check the specification of the products for the installation environment.

Make sure the power supply is matched with your required voltage to avoid damage.

If the product does not function properly, please contact your dealer or the nearest service center. Do not disassemble the
camera for repair or maintenance by yourself.

Make sure that the wall is strong enough to withstand three times the weight of the camera.

NOTE:

For the camera that supports IR, you are required to pay attention to the following precautions to prevent IR reflection:

Dust or grease on the dome cover will cause IR reflection. Please do not remove the dome cover film until the installation
is finished. If there is dust or grease on the dome cover, clean the dome cover with clean soft cloth and isopropyl alcohol.

Make sure that there is no reflective surface too close to the camera lens. The IR light from the camera may reflect back
into the lens causing reflection.

The foam ring around the lens must be seated flush against the inner surface of the bubble to isolate the lens from the IR
LEDS. Fasten the dome cover to camera body so that the foam ring and the dome cover are attached seamlessly.

1. Ceiling Mounting

Steps:
a) Drill the screw holes on the ceiling according to the drill template.

b) For dome camera, loosen the set screws with a hex key (supplied) to remove the bubble.

c) Fix the mounting base on the ceiling (wall) with screws.

2. Micro SD Card Installation

This section is available for cameras which support SD card.

Steps:

a) Loosen the lock screws on the bubble (housing) to disassemble the camera.

b) Insert the micro SD card to the card slot.
c) (Optional) Push the inserted micro SD card inside, and the micro SD card will be sprung out.

d) Install the bubble (housing) back, and tighten the lock screws on it.

3. Installation of Water-proof Jacket (supplied)

Accessing via Web Browser

It is recommended to adopt the water-proof jacket (supplied) for the network interface when the camera is installed
outdoor.

Steps:
e) If the network cable has been settled down, cut off the plug of the network cable first.
f) Route the network cable through the following components in sequence: fix nut, water-proof ring, and the main body

of the water-proof jacket, as shown in the figure.

g) Insert the water-proof ring into the main body of the water-proof jacket, to increase the sealing ability of the

components.

h) Wire the plug and network cables up.
i) Fix the O-ring to the network interface of the camera, and then connect the network cables.
j) Wrap the network interface with the main body of the water-proof jacket, and then rotate the fix nut clockwise to

assemble it to the main body of the water-proof jacket.

To view and configure the camera via LAN (Local Area Network), you need to connect the network camera in the same
subnet with your PC.
The following figure shows the cable connection of network camera and PC:

Steps:

1. Open the web browser.

2. In the browser address bar, input the IP address of the network camera, e.g., 192.0.0.64 and press the Enter key to

enter the login interface.

3. Input the user name and password.

4. Click Login.

5. Install the plug-in before viewing the live video and operating the camera. Please follow the installation prompts to

install the plug-in. You may have to close the web browser to finish the installation of the plug-in.

6. Reopen the web browser after the installation of the plug-in and login.

Notes:

The default IP address is 192.0.0.64.
The default user name is admin and password is wbox123.

This product has default user name and password credentials for first time access. You must change these

default credentials to protect against unauthorized access to the product.

For accessing the network camera from different subnets, please set the gateway for the network camera after you logged
in.

Log in the network camera to enter the live view page, or you can click Live View on the menu bar of the main page to
enter the live view page.

It lists the camera model you are connecting to.

Online Help:

Click ‘Help’ to get the online help, which will guide you through the basic operations for each function.

Menu Bar:

Click each tab to enter Live View, Playback, Log and Configuration page respectively.

Display Control:

Click each tab to adjust the layout and the stream type of the live view. And you can click the drop-down to select the
plug-in. For IE (internet explorer) user, webcomponents and quick time are selectable. And for Non-IE user,
webcomponents, quick time, VLC or MJPEG is selectable if they are supported by the web browser.

Live View Window:

Display the live video.

Toolbar:

Operations on the live view page, e.g., live view, capture, record, audio on/off, two-way audio, etc.

PTZ Control:

Panning, tilting and zooming actions of the camera and the light and wiper control. (only available for cameras supporting

PTZ function)

Preset/Patrol Settings:

Set/call/delete the presets or patrols for PTZ cameras. (only available for cameras supporting PTZ function)

7. Omezená záruka
a. Obecná ustanovení

Společnost ADI zaručuje na základě obchodních podmínek této omezené záruky, že její produkty W Box Technologies jsou
od data, kdy je společnost ADI prodala kupujícímu, po dobu vymezenou pro kategorie produktů podle článku 1(b) bez
závad materiálu a zpracování při řádném používání a servisu, vyjma běžného opotřebení. Tato omezená záruka je
poskytována pouze kupujícímu a nelze ji převést na žádnou třetí stranu, pokud tak nevyžaduje zákon.

Společnost ADI nebude mít na základě této omezené záruky či jinak žádnou povinnost v těchto případech:

(i) Nesprávná instalace, použití či údržba produktu;
(ii) Produkt je instalován mimo uvedené provozní parametry, jsou na něm provedeny změny nebo neodborný servis či
opravy;
(iii) Škodu způsobily vnější přírodní vlivy, například blesk, nárazový proud, požár, povodeň, vyšší moc a podobně.
(iv) Závady vyplývající z neoprávněných úprav, zneužití, vandalismu či jiných příčin

nesouvisejících s vadným materiálem ani vadným zpracováním, nebo poruchy spojené s bateriemi jakéhokoli typu
použitými v souvislosti s produkty prodanými za těchto podmínek.

Společnost ADI poskytuje záruku pouze na produkty označené jako W Box Technologies, které prodává. Na jakékoli jiné
produkty značek třetích stran se vztahují záruky jejich příslušného výrobce po dobu, kterou stanoví tento výrobce, který je
třetí osobou, a společnost ADI umožňuje nebo uděluje kupujícímu tyto záruky a pouze ty záruky nabízené těmito výrobci či
prodejci, kteří jsou třetí osobou, k produktům jiných značek než ADI, a to pouze v případech, kdy má společnost ADI právo
k takovým zárukám nebo je oprávněna je udělit. Samotná společnost ADI nepodává záruku k žádnému produktu jiných
značek než ADI a prodává pouze podle zásady „ve stavu, v jakém jsou“ podle obchodních podmínek prodeje společnosti

ADI.

INFORMOVÁNA. Veškeré popisy produktů (písemné či ústní, ze strany společnosti ADI nebo jejích zástupců), specifikace,
vzorky, modely, zpravodaj, nákresy, schémata, technické listy či podobné dokumenty použité v souvislosti s
objednávkou kupujícího jsou určeny k jedinému účelu, kterým je identifikace produktů společnosti ADI, a nebudou
vykládány jako výslovná záruka nebo podmínka. Žádné návrhy společnosti ADI nebo jejích zástupců ohledně použití,
aplikací nebo vhodnosti produktů nebudou považovány za výslovnou záruku či podmínku, pokud je v tomto smyslu
písemně nepotvrdí společnost ADI. Společnost ADI neprohlašuje, že produkty, které prodává, nelze narušit či obejít; že
produkty zabrání veškerým úrazům osob nebo ztrátám na majetku způsobeným krádeží, loupeží, požárem či jinak, nebo
že produkty ve všech případech zajistí odpovídající varování nebo ochranu. Kupující je srozuměn, a zajistí, aby i jeho
zákazník byl srozuměn, s tím, že řádně instalovaný a udržovaný produkt není pojištěním ani zárukou, že jako takový
nezpůsobí újmu na zdraví osob či ztrátu na majetku, ani nepovede k takovým případům.

SPOLEČNOST ADI NÁSLEDNĚ V NEJVĚTŠÍ MOŽNÉ MÍŘE POVOLENÉ ZÁKONEM NEPŘEBÍRÁ ŽÁDNOU ODPOVĚDNOST ZA
ŽÁDNOU ÚJMU NA ZDRAVÍ OSOB, POŠKOZENÍ MAJETKU ČI JINOU ZTRÁTU NA ZÁKLADĚ JAKÉKOLI REKLAMACE, VČETNĚ
REKLAMACE, ŽE PRODUKT NEVYDAL VAROVÁNÍ. Pokud však je společnost ADI odpovědná přímo či nepřímo za jakoukoli
ztrátu či škodu ve vztahu k produktům, které prodává, bez ohledu na příčinu či původ, její maximální výše odpovědnosti v
žádném případě nepřevýší nákupní cenu produktu, která bude potvrzena jako paušální odškodnění a nikoli jako pokuta a
bude úplnou a výlučnou nápravou vůči ADI.

9. Omezení odpovědnosti vůči zákazníkům kupujícího.

Kupující souhlasí s tím, že odpovědnost vůči svým zákazníkům omezí v největší možné míře povolené zákonem. Kupující
potvrzuje, že společnost ADI bude považována za subjekt, který poskytne spotřebitelům svých produktů takové zákonné
záruky, které může vyžadovat zákon, a kupující nesmí nikdy své zákazníky a/nebo uživatele produktů ADI ujišťovat, že ADI
poskytuje jakékoli další záruky. Přijetím produktů přebírá kupující v nejširším rozsahu povoleném zákonem veškerou
odpovědnost, a souhlasí s tím, že odškodní a ochrání a obhájí společnost ADI, v případě veškerých soudních sporů,
reklamací, nároků, požadavků, žalobních důvodů a rozsudků souvisejících se škodami, kam patří jak úrazy osob, tak
poškození osobního majetku, které utrpí jakákoli osoba, firma, společnost či obchodní sdružení, mimo jiné včetně
zákazníků kupujícího a/nebo uživatelů produktů v důsledku jakéhokoli selhání produktů, kdy nezjistí nebezpečí a/nebo
před ním nevarují, což je účel, pro který bylo toto zboží vyvinuto, nebo v důsledku jakékoli jiné chyby produktů, ať jsou
tyto škody způsobeny či přičítány jediné či společné souběžné nedbalosti či vině společnosti ADI.

10. Vrácení zboží

Na základě níže uvedených podmínek a v příslušné záruční době vymění společnost ADI produkt nebo vrátí peníze za
nákup, dle svého výhradního uvážení a bezplatně, u jakýchkoli vadných výrobků, které byly vráceny předplaceně. Veškeré
povinnosti společnosti ADI vyměnit produkty, na které se vztahuje záruka omezené životnosti podle této záruky a které
vykazují závadu, jsou omezeny dostupností náhradního produktu. ADI si vyhrazuje právo nahradit veškeré tyto produkty
současně dostupnými produkty nebo vrátit peníze dle svého výhradního uvážení. V případě, že má kupující problém s
kterýmkoli produktem společnosti ADI, obraťte se prosím na místní pobočku ADI za účelem zjištění pokynů ohledně
vrácení produktu:

Před kontaktem ověřte, zda u sebe máte číslo modelu a zda znáte povahu problému. V případě výměny bude vrácený
produkt zaúčtován ve prospěch účtu kupujícího a na novou položku bude vystavena nová faktura. ADI si vyhrazuje právo
vrátit peníze pouze místo výměny.

Jestliže se zjistí, že produkt W Box Technologies je v dobrém funkčním stavu nebo je nefunkčnost produktu výsledkem
poškození či zneužití uživatelem, bude produkt vrácen kupujícímu ve stejném stavu, v jakém byl přijat a kupující je povinen
uhradit veškeré přepravní náklady za cestu zpět.

11. Rozhodné právo

Tato omezená záruka se řídí zákony EU.

12. Ostatní ustanovení

Jestliže bude některé ustanovení této omezené záruky těmito zákony zakázáno, stane se neúčinným a neplatným, avšak
zbývající ustanovení omezené záruky setrvá v plné platnosti a účinnosti.

POZNÁMKA:

Chcete-li obnovit výchozí nastavení, včetně uživatelského jména, hesla, IP adresy, č. portu atd., při zapínání nebo
restartování kamery stiskněte tlačítko RESET na cca 10 s.

Než začnete:

Ujistěte se, že zařízení v obalu je v dobrém stavu a nechybí žádné montážní díly.

Ujistěte se, že veškeré příslušenství je během instalace vypnuté.

Ve specifikaci produktů najdete informace o prostředí instalace.

Aby nedošlo k poškození zařízení, ujistěte se, že napájení souhlasí s vaším požadovaným napětím.

Pokud kamera podporuje infračervené snímání, je třeba věnovat pozornost následujícím upozorněním ohledně prevence
odrazů infračerveného světla:

Prach nebo mastnota na krytu kopule způsobí odrazy infračerveného světla. Neodstraňujte fólii z krytu kopule před
dokončením instalace. Pokud se na krytu kopule nachází prach nebo mastnota, očistěte ho čistým měkkým hadříkem a

isopropylalkoholem.

Ujistěte se, že se v těsné blízkosti objektivu kamery nenacházejí povrchy odrážející světlo. Infračervené světlo z kamery se
může odrazit zpět do objektivu a způsobit odraz.

Pěnový kroužek kolem objektivu musí být nasazen v rovině s vnitřním povrchem kopule, aby izoloval objektiv od
infračervených diod. Upevněte kryt kopule k tělu kamery tak, aby pěnový kroužek a kryt kopule byly nasazeny beze spár.

4. Montáž na strop

Postup:
f) Vyvrtejte otvory do stropu podle vrtací šablony.

g) U dome kamery pomocí šestihranného klíče (součástí balení) povolte stavěcí šrouby a sejměte kopuli.

h) Pomocí šroubů připevněte montážní základnu na strop (stěnu).

5. Instalace Micro SD karty

Postup:

k) Demontujte kameru povolením pojistných šroubů na kopuli (krytu).

l) Vložte micro SD kartu do slotu.
m) (Volitelné) Zatlačte vloženou micro SD kartu dovnitř a micro SD karta vyskočí ven.

n) Nasaďte kopuli (kryt) zpět a připevněte ji pojistnými šrouby.

6. Instalace vodotěsného pláště (součástí balení)

Přístup přes webový prohlížeč

Doporučuje se nasadit vodotěsný plášť (součástí balení) pro síťové rozhraní, když je kamera instalována venku.

Postup:
o) Pokud je síťový kabel již zapojen, odpojte nejprve konektor síťového kabelu.
p) Veďte síťový kabel přes následující komponenty v tomto pořadí: pevná matice, vodotěsný kroužek a hlavní část

vodotěsného pláště, jak je znázorněno na obrázku.

q) Vložte vodotěsný kroužek do hlavního tělesa vodotěsného pláště pro zvýšení těsnící schopnosti komponent.
r) Zapojte konektor a síťové kabely.
s) Připevněte O-kroužek k síťovému rozhraní kamery a poté připojte síťové kabely.
t) Obalte síťové rozhraní hlavní částí vodotěsného pláště a poté otočte pevnou matici ve směru hodinových ručiček, aby

zapadla do hlavní části vodotěsného pláště.

11. Před zobrazením živého videa a ovládáním kamery nainstalujte modul plug-in. Postup instalace modulu proveďte

podle pokynů pro instalaci. Před instalací modulu plug-in může být nutné ukončit internetový prohlížeč.

12. Po instalaci pluginu otevřete internetový prohlížeč a přihlaste se.

Výchozí IP adresa je 192.0.0.64.
Výchozí uživatelské jméno je admin heslo je wbox123.

Tento produkt má výchozí uživatelské jméno a heslo pro první přístup. Pro ochranu před neoprávněným

přístupem k produktu musíte změnit tyto přihlašovací údaje.

Chcete-li mít přístup k síťové kameře z různých podsítí, po přihlášení nastavte bránu pro síťovou kameru.

Přihlaste se k síťové kameře a vstupte na stránku živého náhledu nebo klikněte na tlačítko Live View (Živý náhled) v panelu
nabídky hlavní stránky a vstupte na stránku živého náhledu.

Kliknutím na jednotlivé karty přejdete na stránku živého náhledu, přehrávání, protokolu a konfigurace.

Ovládání zobrazení:

Po kliknutí na jednotlivé stránky můžete upravit rozvržení a typ streamu živého zobrazení. Po kliknutí na rozevírací nabídku
můžete vybrat modul plug-in pro uživatele aplikace Internet Explorer, vybírat lze z možností Webcomponents a
QuickTime. Pro uživatele jiných prohlížečů lze vybrat z možností Webcomponents, QuickTime, VLC nebo MJPEG, pokud
jsou webovým prohlížečem podporovány.

Okno živého náhledu:

Zobrazení živého videa.

Panel nástrojů:

Ovládání na stránce živého náhledu, např. živý náhled, snímání, záznam, zapnutí/vypnutí zvuku, obousměrný zvuk atd.

Ovládání PTZ:

13. Begrænset garanti
a. Generelt

I henhold til denne begrænsede garantis vilkår og og betingelser garanterer ADI fra datoen for ADI's salg til køberen

gennem den tidsperiode for produktkategorierne, som er angivet i afsnit 1(b), at ADI's W Box Technologies-produkter ikke
har nogen som helst form for defekt i materialer eller fremstillingen ved normal brug og betjening, med undtagelse for

normal slitage. Medmindre andet er krævet ifølge lovgivningen, indgås denne Begrænsede garanti kun med køber og må
ikke overføres til tredjeparter.

ADI er ikke forpligtet i henhold til denne Begrænsede garanti eller lignende under følgende forhold:
(i) Hvis produktet er forkert installeret eller ikke anvendes eller vedligeholdes korrekt.
(ii) Hvis produktet er installeret uden for de angivne driftsparametre, hvis det ændres, eller hvis det ikke serviceres
eller repareres korrekt.
(iii) Hvis der opstår skader som følge af ydre, naturlige omstændigheder, såsom lynnedslag, kortslutninger, brand,
oversvømmelse, naturkatastrofer eller lignende.
(iv) Hvis der opstår fejl som følge af uautoriseret ændring, misbrug, vandalisme eller andre årsager
uden forbindelse til defekte materialer eller fremstilling eller fejl i forbindelse med batterier af nogen som helst type, som

bruges i forbindelse med produktet, som sælges herunder.

ADI's garanti gælder kun for produkter, der er mærket som W Box Technologies-produkter og sælges af ADI. Alle andre
produkter med tredjeparters varemærke garanteres af tredjepartsfabrikanten i en periode, som defineres af
tredjepartsfabrikanten, og ADI tildeler køberen de pågældende garantier, eller stiller de pågældende garantier til rådighed
for køberen, og kun disse garantier, der udstedes af sådanne tredjepartsfabrikanter eller -leverandører af produkter, som

anvendelse af produktet eller produktets bæredygtighed må ikke fortolkes som en udtrykkelig garanti eller betingelse,

15. Begrænsning af ansvar over for Købers kunder.

Køber accepterer at begrænse ansvaret til kunder, så vidt dette er muligt i henhold til gældende lovgivning. Køber
bekræfter, at ADI kun skal give sine produkters forbrugere disse lovmæssige garantier i henhold til lovgivningen, og Køber
må på intet tidspunkt garantere sine kunder og/eller brugere af ADI's produkter, at ADI stiller yderligere garantier af
nogen art. Ved at acceptere produkterne påtager Køber sig i henhold til lovgivningen alt ansvar for og accepterer at holde
ADI skadesløs mod samt forsvare ADI mod alle eventuelle retssager, tvister, krav, årsager til handlinger eller afgørelse i
forbindelse med skader, uanset om der er tale om personskader eller skade på ejendom som følge af personer,
virksomheder, organisationer eller erhvervsforbund, herunder, men ikke begrænset til, Købers kunder og/eller brugere af
produktet som følge af produkternes manglende evne til at opdage og/eller advare om faren, som varerne blev designet
til, eller andre mangler på produkterne, uanset om disse skader skyldes eller forvoldes indirekte af den solgte eller fælles

accepterede misligholdelse eller fejl fra ADI's side.

16. Returneringer

I overensstemmelse med de tidligere nævnte vilkår og betingelser vil ADI i løbet af den gældende garantiperiode erstatte
produktet eller efter eget skøn og uden udgifter kreditere for ethvert defekt produkt og returneringer, som er betalt på
forskud. ADI's eventuelle forpligtelser til at erstatte garantiprodukter med Begrænset levetid i henhold til denne garanti,

19. Beschränkte Garantie
a. Allgemein

Gemäß den Bedingungen dieser beschränkten Garantie ab Datum des Verkaufs von ADI an den Käufer bis zum Zeitraum
für die in Abschnitt 1(b) angegebenen Produktkategorien garantiert ADI, dass die W Box Technologies-Produkte bei

normaler Nutzung und Wartung keine material- und fertigungsbedingten Defekte aufweisen, mit Ausnahme von als

normal zu betrachtendem Verschleiß. Sofern nicht gesetzlich vorgeschrieben, wird diese beschränkte Garantie
ausschließlich dem Käufer gewährt und kann nicht auf Dritte übertragen werden.

ADI übernimmt im Rahmen dieser beschränkten Garantie in den folgenden Fällen keinerlei Haftung:

(i) Das Produkt wurde nicht ordnungsgemäß installiert, eingesetzt oder gewartet;
(ii) Das Produkt wird außerhalb der angegebenen Betriebsparameter installiert, modifiziert oder unsachgemäß
gewartet oder repariert;
(iii) Schäden wurden durch äußere natürliche Ereignisse verursacht, zum Beispiel Blitz, Stromschlag, Brand,
Überschwemmung, Naturereignisse o.ä.
(iv) Defekte aufgrund von unzulässiger Modifizierung, falsche Anwendung, Vandalismus oder andere Ursachen,

die nicht im Zusammenhang mit Materialdefekten oder Verarbeitung stehen, oder Ausfälle, die im Zusammenhang mit

Batterien jedweder Art stehen, die in Kombination mit den hier beschriebenen Produkten verwendet werden.

ADI gewährt nur für Produkte Garantie, die als W Box Technologies-Produkte bezeichnet und von ADI vertrieben werden.
Für alle weiteren Produkte mit Marken von Drittanbietern wird durch den jeweiligen Drittanbieter für einen von diesem
festgelegten Zeitraum Garantie gewährt, und ADI stellt dem Käufer diese Garantien sowie ausschließlich Garantien zur
Verfügung bzw. gewährt ihm diese, die von dritten Herstellern oder Anbietern für Nicht-ADI-Markenprodukte gewährt
werden. Dies beinhaltet einen Umfang, in dem ADI das Recht der Erteilung solcher Garantien hat. ADI gewährt nicht direkt
Garantien für Nicht-ADI-Markenprodukte und verkauft ausschließlich auf Basis des Ist-Zustands gemäß den

Verkaufsbedingungen von ADI.

HINAUS. IM GRÖSSTMÖGLICHEN GESETZLICH ZULÄSSIGEN UMFANG SCHLIESST ADI JEGLICHE HAFTUNG FÜR (I)
FOLGESCHÄDEN, NEBENKOSTEN, DIREKTE, INDIREKTE, SPEZIELLE SCHÄDEN, BUSSGELDZAHLUNGEN ODER ANDERE
SCHÄDEN AM PRODUKT UND (II) JEGLICHE DATENVERLUSTE ODER -DEFEKTE, JEGLICHE VERLUSTE VON FIRMENWERTEN,

WENN ADI ÜBER DIE MÖGLICHKEIT EINES SOLCHEN VERLUSTES ODER SCHADENS IN KENNTNIS GESETZT WURDE.
MÖGLICHKEIT SOLCHER VERLUSTE ODER SCHÄDEN. Jegliche Produktbeschreibungen (schriftlich oder mündlich durch ADI

oder Vertreter von ADI gegeben), Spezifikationen, Proben, Modelle, Bekanntmachungen, Zeichnungen, Diagramme,

Datenblätter oder ähnliche Materialien, die im Zusammenhang mit der Bestellung des Käufers stehen, dienen
ausschließlich dem Zweck, die Produkte von ADI zu kennzeichnen, und können nicht als ausdrückliche Garantie oder
Bedingung ausgelegt werden. Jegliche Vorschläge von ADI oder Vertretern von ADI hinsichtlich Nutzung, Anwendungen
oder Eignung des Produkts können nicht als ausdrückliche Garantie oder Bedingung ausgelegt werden, sofern dies nicht

von ADI in Schriftform festgelegt wurde. ADI stellt nicht dar, dass die von dem Unternehmen verkauften Produkte nicht

beeinträchtigt oder umgangen werden können, dass die Produkte jegliche Personen- und Sachschäden aufgrund von
Diebstahl, Raub, Brand oder anderen Ursachen verhindern oder dass die Produkte in allen Fällen ausreichende
Warnhinweise und angemessenen Schutz bieten. Der Käufer nimmt zur Kenntnis und setzt seine Kunden darüber in
Kenntnis, dass ein ordnungsgemäß installiertes und gewartetes Produkt weder eine Versicherung darstellt noch
gewährleistet, dass dieses in keinem Fall Personen- und Sachschäden verursacht. FOLGLICH ÜBERNIMMT ADI IM
GRÖSSTMÖGLICHEN GESETZLICH ZULÄSSIGEN UMFANG KEINERLEI HAFTUNG FÜR PERSONENSCHÄDEN, SACHSCHÄDEN
ODER ANDERWEITIGE SCHÄDEN, UNTER ANDEREM AUCH FÜR SCHADENSERSATZANSPRÜCHE, DIE AUFGRUND DER

TATSACHE ENTSTEHEN, DASS DAS PRODUKT KEINE WARNUNG AUSGEGEBEN HAT. Wird ADI dennoch direkt oder indirekt

für Verluste oder Schäden haftbar gemacht, die in Zusammenhang mit einem von ADI vertriebenen Produkt stehen,
unabhängig von Ursache oder Ursprung, beschränkt sich der Umfang der Haftung in jedem Fall maximal auf den
Verkaufspreis des Produkts, der als Schadensersatz-Obergrenze festgelegt wird, und bildet den ausschließlichen
Rechtsbehelf gegen ADI. Vertragsstrafen können nicht erhoben werden.

21. Haftungsbeschränkung gegenüber den Kunden des Käufers.

Der Käufer stimmt zu, die Garantie gegenüber seinem Kunden im größtmöglichen gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang zu
beschränken. Der Käufer nimmt zur Kenntnis und erkennt an, dass ADI den Kunden des Käufers ausschließlich
entsprechend gesetzlich geltenden Bestimmungen Garantien gewährt, und zu keinem Zeitpunkt darf der Käufer
gegenüber seinen Kunden und/oder Benutzern darstellen, dass ADI zusätzliche Garantien für bereitgestellte ADI-Produkte
gewährt. Durch die Annahme der Produkte erkennt der Käufer im größtmöglichen gesetzlich zulässigen Umfang an, dass
jegliche Haftung von ADI abzuwenden ist, leistet Entschädigungen und hält ADI schadlos bzw. verteidigt ADI gegen jegliche
Klagen, Ansprüche, Forderungen, Klagegegenstände und Beurteilungen im Hinblick auf Personen- und Sachschäden, die
einer Person, einem Unternehmen oder einem Handelsverband entstehen. Dies schließt auch Kunden des Käufers sowie

Benutzer der Produkte ein, denen aufgrund einer nicht erfolgten Erkennung einer Gefahr durch das Produkt bzw. einer
nicht erfolgten Warnung über die Gefahr, zu deren Zweck die Güter konstruiert wurden, sowie jeglichen anderen

Defekten der Produkte ein Schaden entsteht, unabhängig davon, ob die Schäden durch das alleinige oder gemeinsame
Verschulden bzw. die Nachlässigkeit von ADI verursacht oder begünstigt wurden.

Entsprechend den nachstehend aufgeführten Verkaufsbedingungen ersetzt ADI während des geltenden Garantiezeitraums

das Produkt oder gewährt nach eigenem Ermessen ein Kaufguthaben ohne weitere Gebühren, wenn defekte Produkte auf
Kosten des Absenders zurückgesendet werden. Jegliche Verpflichtungen von ADI zum Austausch oder Ersatz von
Produkten mit beschränkter Garantie auf Lebenszeit, die sich aus dieser Garantie ergeben und ihre Ursache in einem
Defekt haben, unterliegen der Verfügbarkeit des Ersatzprodukts. ADI behält sich das Recht vor, solche Produkte mit
jeweils aktuell verfügbaren Produkten zu ersetzen oder nach eigenem Ermessen für das Produkt eine Gutschrift
bereitzustellen. Bei Problemen mit einem ADI-Produkt wendet sich der Kunde für Anweisungen zur Retoure an eine
örtliche ADI-Niederlassung:

Bitte haben Sie die Modellnummer zur Hand und schildern Sie das Problem an Ihrem Produkt Bei einem Austausch wird

das zurückgegebene Produkt dem Konto des Kunden gutgeschrieben, und eine neue Rechnung wird für das Ersatzprodukt
gestellt. ADI behält sich das Recht vor, lediglich anstelle eines Austauschs Gutschriften zu gewähren.

Wird festgestellt, dass sich ein eingesendetes W Box Technologies-Produkt in einwandfreiem, funktionstüchtigem Zustand
befindet, oder ist die Ursache für die Fehlfunktion des Produkts eine Beschädigung oder unsachgemäße Verwendung
durch den Benutzer, wird das Produkt im selben Zustand wie erhalten an den Käufer zurückgesendet, und der Käufer trägt
jegliche anfallenden Versandkosten für die Rücksendung.

23. Geltendes Recht

Die Gesetze des EU gelten für diese beschränkte Garantie.

24. Verschiedenes

Sollte eine Bedingung in dieser beschränkten Garantie gesetzlich verboten sein, ist sie als nichtig zu betrachten, alle
verbleibenden Bedingungen der beschränkten Garantie bleiben jedoch in vollem Umfang gültig.

FCC-Information
FCC-Konformität: Dieses Gerät wurde getestet und erfüllt die Grenzwerte für digitale Geräte gemäß Teil 15 der FCC-

Vorschriften. Diese Grenzwerte sollen beim Betrieb des Geräts in einem gewerblichen Umfeld angemessenen Schutz
gegen unerwünschte Störeinwirkungen bieten. Dieses Gerät erzeugt und verwendet Hochfrequenzenergie und kann diese

HINWEIS:

Drücken Sie beim Einschalten oder Neustarten der Kamera etwa 10 Sekunden lang die Taste RESET, um die
Standardvorgaben, einschließlich Benutzername, Passwort, IP-Adresse, Portnr. usw. wiederherzustellen.

Bevor Sie anfangen:

Stellen Sie sicher, dass das in der Verpackung befindliche Gerät in einwandfreiem Zustand ist und dass alle zur Montage
erforderlichen Teile vorhanden sind.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass die Wand, an der Sie die Kamera anbringen möchten, das dreifache Gewicht der Kamera aushalten

HINWEIS:

Die Kamera unterstützt Infrarot (IR)-Technik. Um eine Reflexion der IR-Strahlen zu verhindern, müssen Sie die folgenden
Vorsichtsmaßnahmen beachten:

Staub oder Fett auf der Dome-Abdeckung können zu einer Reflexion von IR-Strahlen führen. Entfernen Sie die Schutzfolie
erst nach Abschluss der Installation von der Dome-Abdeckung. Entfernen Sie Staub oder Fett von der Dome-Abdeckung

mit einem sauberen und weichen in Isopropylalkohol getränkten Tuch.

Stellen Sie sicher, dass sich keine reflektierende Oberfläche zu nah an der Kameralinse befindet. Ansonsten wird das IR-
Licht der Kamera in das Objektiv reflektiert, was für weitere Reflexionen sorgt.

Der Schaumring um das Objektiv muss bündig an der Innenseite der Kuppel anliegen, damit das Objektiv von den Infrarot-

LEDs abgeschirmt ist. Bringen Sie die Dome-Abdeckung so am Kameragehäuse an, dass der Schaumring und die Abdeckung
nahtlos aufeinander passen.

10. Anbringung an der Decke

Schritte:

Schritte:

ee) Lösen Sie die Arretierschrauben an der Kuppel (Gehäuse), um die Kamera zu demontieren.

ff) Stecken Sie die Micro SD-Karte in den Kartensteckplatz ein.
gg) (Optional) Drücken Sie die eingeführte Micro SD-Karte ein, und die Micro SD-Karte springt heraus.

hh) Installieren Sie die Kuppel (Gehäuse) wieder, und ziehen Sie die Arretierschrauben darauf fest.

12. Installation des wasserdichten Mantels (mitgeliefert)

Die Installation des wasserdichten Mantels (mitgeliefert) für die Netzwerkschnittstelle wird empfohlen, wenn die Kamera
im Außenbereich installiert wird.

Schritte:
ii) Wenn sich das Netzwerkkabel in Position gelegt hat, schneiden Sie zunächst den Stecker des Netzwerkkabels ab.
jj) Verlegen Sie das Netzwerkkabel durch die folgenden Komponenten (in dieser Reihenfolge): Befestigungsmutter,

wasserdichter Ring und Hauptkorpus des wasserdichten Mantels, wie in der Abbildung gezeigt.

kk) Stecken Sie den wasserdichten Ring in den Hauptkorpus des wasserdichten Mantels, um die Dichtfähigkeit der

Komponenten zu erhöhen.

ll) Verlegen Sie den Steckverbinder und die Netzwerkkabel nach oben.
mm) Befestigen Sie den O-Ring an der Netzwerkschnittstelle der Kamera und schließen Sie dann die Netzwerkkabel an.
nn) Legen Sie die Netzwerkschnittstelle mit dem Hauptkorpus des wasserdichten Mantels zusammen und drehen Sie die

Befestigungsmutter im Uhrzeigersinn, um sie auf den Hauptkorpus des wasserdichten Mantels aufzuschrauben.

25. Garantía limitada
a. General

Sujeto a los términos y condiciones de la presente garantía limitada, desde la fecha de la venta de ADI al comprador y
durante el período de tiempo correspondiente a las categorías de producto especificadas en la Sección 1(b), ADI garantiza

que sus productos W Box Technologies carecen de defectos en los materiales y por mano de obra en las condiciones de

uso y servicio normales, a excepción de los producidos por el desgaste normal. A excepción de lo estipulado por la ley,
esta garantía limitada solo es válida para el comprador y no se podrá transferir a terceros.

ADI no tendrá ninguna obligación bajo esta Garantía limitada ni de otra forma si:

(i) El producto está incorrectamente instalado, aplicado o mantenido;
(ii) El producto se instala rebasando los parámetros de funcionamiento estipulados, se modifica o se somete a una
reparación o un mantenimiento incorrectos;
(iii) Los daños se producen por fenómenos naturales externos, como rayos, subidas de tensión, incendios,
inundaciones, causas naturales o fenómenos similares.
(iv) Los defectos se producen con motivo de modificaciones no autorizadas, uso indebido, vandalismo u otras causas

no relacionadas con materiales defectuosos o mano de obra, o fallos relacionados con baterías de cualquier tipo utilizadas
en los productos vendidos a continuación.

ADI solo garantiza los productos de la marca W Box Technologies comercializados por ADI. Cualquier otro producto de

marca de terceros tiene la garantía del fabricante correspondiente durante un período definido por el fabricante, y ADI
pone a disposición del comprador o le concede única y exclusivamente las garantías ampliadas por dichos fabricantes o

vendedores que cubran los productos de marca no correspondientes a ADI, en la medida en que ADI tenga el derecho

instalado y mantenido correctamente no asegura ni garantiza que dicho producto no producirá lesiones personales o
pérdidas de bienes. EN CONSECUENCIA, CONFORME A LOS LÍMITES ESTABLECIDOS POR LA LEY, ADI NO SE
RESPONSABILIZARÁ DE NINGUNA LESIÓN PERSONAL, LOS DAÑOS A LA PROPIEDAD O CUALQUIER OTRA PÉRDIDA QUE SE
BASE EN CUALQUIER RECLAMACIÓN, INCLUSO LAS RECLAMACIONES EN LAS QUE SE INDIQUE QUE EL PRODUCTO NO DIO

NINGUNA ADVERTENCIA. No obstante, si se hace responsable a ADI, ya sea directa o indirectamente, de cualesquiera

pérdidas o daños en relación con los productos que vende, con independencia de su causa u origen, la máxima
responsabilidad de ADI no excederá en ningún caso el precio de compra del producto y dicho precio se fijará como daños
y perjuicios y no como una multa y constituirá el remedio completo y exclusivo contra ADI.

27. Limitación de responsabilidad de los clientes del comprador.

El comprador se compromete a limitar la responsabilidad a sus clientes conforme a los límites establecidos por la ley. El
comprador reconoce que ADI solo deberá proporcionar a los consumidores de sus productos las garantías estatuarias que

a ADI, en cualquier juicio, reclamación, demanda, causa de acción o sentencia en relación con daños y perjuicios, ya sea
por lesiones personales o pérdida de bienes personales, sufridos por cualquier persona, empresa, corporación o
asociación comercial, incluidos, sin carácter exhaustivo, los clientes del comprador o los usuarios de los productos por
cualquier omisión de la detección o advertencia de cualquier peligro para las que los artículos fueron diseñados o
cualquier otro fallo de los productos, tanto si dichos daños se produjeron o se vieron agravados como si no por el fallo o la
negligencia simultánea por la unión o venta de ADI.

28. Devoluciones

Según los términos y condiciones indicados a continuación, durante el período de garantía aplicable, ADI sustituirá el
producto o abonará el importe de la compra, a su elección y de forma gratuita, de cualquier producto defectuoso que le
sea devuelto a portes pagados. Cualquier obligación de ADI de sustituir los productos de garantía limitada de por vida en
virtud de esta garantía con motivo de un defecto se limitan a la disponibilidad de sustitución del producto. ADI se reserva
el derecho de sustituir cualquiera de dichos productos por los productos que estén disponibles o abonar su importe,
según su criterio. En el caso de que el comprador tenga un problema con cualquier producto de ADI, póngase en contacto

Asegúrese de tener a su disposición el número de modelo y el origen del problema. En caso de sustitución, el producto
devuelto se reembolsará a la cuenta del comprador y se emitirá una nueva factura por el artículo sustituido. ADI se
reserva el derecho de abonar el importe solo en lugar de la sustitución.

Si se observa que un producto de W Box Technologies está en buen estado de funcionamiento o que el problema por el
que el producto funciona de forma incorrecta es el resultado de los daños producidos por el usuario o de un abuso, el
producto se devolverá al comprador en el mismo estado en el que fue recibido y el comprador será responsable de
cualquier gasto relacionado con la devolución.

29. Legislación aplicable

En la presente Garantía limitada se aplica la legislación del UE.

30. Miscelánea

Siempre que cualquiera de las condiciones de la presente Garantía limitada esté prohibida por dichas leyes, se considerará
nula y sin efecto, pero el resto de la Garantía limitada seguirá en plena vigencia.

NOTA:

Pulsar RESTAURAR unos 10 segundos cuando la cámara se encienda o reiniciar para restaurar los ajustes
predeterminados, que incluyen el nombre de usuario, la contraseña, la dirección IP, número de puerto, etc.

Antes de empezar:

Asegúrese de que el dispositivo del paquete está en buenas condiciones y de que todas las piezas de montaje estén
incluidas.

Asegúrese de que todo el equipo pertinente esté apagado durante la instalación.

Compruebe las especificaciones de los productos para el entorno de instalación.

Compruebe si la tensión de alimentación coincide con la tensión necesaria para evitar cualquier daño.

Si este producto deja de funcionar con normalidad, póngase en contacto con el proveedor o el servicio técnico más

cercano. No desmonte la cámara para repararla ni realice labores de mantenimiento por sí mismo.

Asegúrese de que la pared sea lo suficientemente resistente como para soportar más del triple del peso de la cámara.

NOTA:

Puesto que la cámara admite radiación IR, debe prestar atención a las precauciones siguientes para impedir la reflexión de
la radiación IR:

El polvo o la grasa acumulados en la cubierta del domo provocarán la reflexión de la radiación IR. No retire la película de
plástico de la cubierta del domo hasta que la instalación haya finalizado. Si hay polvo o grasa en la cubierta del domo,
límpiela con un paño suave y limpio y alcohol isopropílico.

Asegúrese de que no hay ninguna superficie reflectante demasiado cerca de la lente de la cámara. La luz IR de la cámara

puede proyectarse sobre la lente y provocar reflexión.

El anillo de espuma situado en torno a la lente debe estar enrasado sobre la superficie interior de la burbuja para aislar la
lente de los LED IR. Fije la cubierta del domo al cuerpo de la cámara de modo que el anillo de espuma y la cubierta del
domo se acoplen correctamente.

15. Instalación de la cubierta impermeable (suministrada)

Se recomienda utilizar la cubierta impermeable (suministrada) para la interfaz de red si la cámara se instala en entornos
exteriores.

Pasos:
ss) Si el cable de red se ha afianzado, corte primero la conexión del cable de red.
tt) Pase el cable a través de los componentes siguientes en orden: tuerca de fijación, junta impermeable y cuerpo

principal de la cubierta impermeable, como se indica en la figura.

uu) Introduzca la junta impermeable en el cuerpo principal de la cubierta impermeable, para aumentar la capacidad de

estanqueidad de los componentes.

vv) Instale los cables de conexión y de red.
ww) Fije la junta tórica a la interfaz de red de la cámara y, a continuación, conecte los cables de red.
xx) Envuelva la interfaz de red con el cuerpo principal de la cubierta impermeable y, a continuación, gire la tuerca de

fijación en sentido horario para montarla en el cuerpo principal de la cubierta impermeable.

29. Instale el complemento antes de ver el vídeo en directo y hacer funcionar la cámara. Siga las indicaciones de

Este producto tiene unas credenciales de nombre de usuario y contraseña predeterminadas para el primer

Para acceder a la cámara en red desde distintas subredes, defina la puerta de enlace de la cámara en red después de
haber iniciado sesión.

Inicie sesión en la cámara de red para acceder a la página de vista en directo, o puede hacer clic en Visión en directo en la
barra de menús de la página principal para acceder a la página de visión en directo.
