Why is the DLD® Wide Range the

The DLD® Wide Range is a powerfully efficient VDO solution for vehicles on
the road – because it makes short work of the legal downloading of mass
memory and driver card data – anywhere and anytime, via GPRS (mobile
wireless network).

The files are downloaded from the DTCO® to VDO’s remote server via GPRS – so mass memory and driver card
data can be downloaded 24/7, Europe-wide. The download process is controlled from the office PC, meaning
that the company card can stay in the office – at no time does it have to be inserted in the DTCO
