The pin is designed to stop the door at 90° und er
normal operating condit io ns. It is not desi gned
for exces s ive force . D o not u s e th e d oor to mov e

Properly aligned, the do or’s gasket s h ould b e

the d oor’s gasket to ensu re that it is fi rmly in
contact wi th the ca binet. Also make sure the
door gasket is n o t p i n c he d on th e hin g e side of
the d oor.

3. Remove door by tiltin g forward an d lifting door off

Remove the ice bucket for em ptying and cleanin g . T o
rem o ve the ice bucket, raise the bi n a r m and remov e the
bucket from the ice co m p artm ent. Use the ice bucket for
ice storage only.
To turn off ice production: Ra is e the bi n arm into
an upri gh t an d loc k ed pos i ti on. The unit will preserve
temperature for ic e s t or age.
If not i n t e ndi n g t o use the i c e maker turn the
water supply va lve off, i t is import ant to raise
the bi n arm of the ice maker (Figure 1). Failure
to raise th e bin arm m a y resu lt in dam a ge to the
water valve.
