1. Introduction

The Tributaries HX1RG6 HDMI 1.3 Transmitter (Tx) and Receiver (Rx) over one
RG6/U coaxial cable is a system designed to extend an HDMI signal over a long
distance without loss. By converting HDMI to 3GSDI Tributaries HX1C6 is able
to deliver Deep Color (12 bits/color) video and new lossless compressed (Dolby®
TrueHD, Dolby® Digital Plus and DTS®-HD Master Audio) digital audio, with a
bandwidth up to 225MHz (6.75Gbps).

• Extends 1080p/12bit color up to 120 meters (393ft) over single RG6/U coax cable

• Extends 1080i up to 150 meters (492ft) over single RG6/U coax cable

• Compliant with HDMI 1.3c, HDCP 1.2 and DVI 1.1 standards.

• Supports PCM L/R Audio, 5.1/7.1 Channel Surround/Digital Audio/DTS-HD

• Supports equalization and recovery of incoming TMDS data before re-

transmitting with optimal quality regardless of the incoming signal quality.

• Supports xvYCC Color Space

• Supports IR signal transmission from remote source to display over same

RG6 Coax

• Receiver can be cascaded up to 4 times for multiple display locations
