2. Installation du matériel

1. Branchez le câble réseau fourni entre l’un des

ports réseau de votre routeur et le port Ethernet
du TV-VS1/TV-VS1P.

2. Branchez une extrémité d’un câble BNC à la
prise Vidéo IN (entrée) du TV-VS1/TV-VS1P.
Branchez l’autre extrémité du câble BNC à la
prise Vidéo OUT (sortie) de votre caméra
analogique.

3. Branchez l’adaptateur secteur au
TV-VS1/TV-VS1P et ensuite à une prise de
courant.

3. Configuration du TV-VS1/TV-VS1P

1. Insérez le CD-ROM avec l'utilitaire dans le

lecteur de CD-ROM de votre ordinateur.

2. Cliquez sur Run autorun.exe

(Windows 7/Vista uniquement)..

3. Cliquez sur IP Setup.

4. Suivez les instructions de l’assistant

d’installation.

5. Une fois l'installation terminée, cliquez sur

Fermer.

6. Cliquez sur l'icône Démarrer

(Windows XP)/ Windows (Windows 7/Vista).

7. Allez sur Programs Ž TRENDnet Ž

Paramètres IP et cliquez sur Paramètres IP.

Remarque:
Par default le paramétrage IP du TV-VS1/TV-VS1P est sur DHCP. Si vous désirez

attribuer une adresse IP statique à la TV-VS1/TV-VS1P, veuillez consulter le Guide de
l’utilisateur se trouvant sur le CD-Rom de l’utilitaire.

8. Double cliquez sur la encodeur vidéo pour
accéder à la configuration du navigateur.
Vérifiez que l'adresse MAC indiquée
correspond à l'adresse MAC de votre encodeur
vidéo. L'adresse MAC se trouve au bas de la
TV-VS1/TV-VS1P. Cliquez sur Search
(Rechercher) si aucune encodeur vidéo n'est
détectée.

9. Saisissez le nom d'utilisateur et le mot de

passe, ensuite cliquez sur OK. Par défaut :

nom d'utilisateur: admin
mot de passe: admin

Remarque:

Pour regarder des vidéos en utilisant la compression vidéo MJPEG, rendez-vous sur
www.java.com. Téléchargez et installez le plug-in Java.

10. Cliquez sur Install (Internet Explorer 9).

11. Faites un clic droit sur la barre jaune et cliquez

sur Install This Add-on for All Users on This
Computer (Installer ce module

complémentaire pour tous les utilisateurs de
cet ordinateur) (Internet Explorer 8) ou sur
Installer le contrôle ActiveX (Internet Explorer
6/7).

12. Cliquez sur Install.

13. Une vidéo en direct apparaîtra alors.

1. Branchez un câble réseau entre le switch

Power over Ethernet (p. ex. le TPE-80WS) et le

1. I inserted the Utility CD-ROM into my computer's CD-ROM Drive but the installation menu does not
appear automatically. What should I do?

1. For Windows 7, if the installation menu does not appear automatically, click on the Windows Icon on the

bottom left hand corner of the screen, click the “Search programs and files” box, and type D:\autorun.exe,
where “D” in “D:\autorun.exe” is the letter assigned to your CD-ROM Drive, and then press the ENTER key
on your keyboard .

2.For Windows Vista, if the installation menu does not appear automatically, click Start, click the Start Search

box, and type D:\autorun.exe where "D" in "D:\autorun.exe" is the letter assigned to your CD-ROM Drive,
and then press the ENTER key on your keyboard.

3. For Windows XP, if the window does not appear automatically, click Start, click Run and type

D:\autorun.exe where “D” in “D:\autorun.exe” is the letter assigned to your CD-ROM Drive, and then press
the ENTER key on your keyboard.

2. IP Setup is unable to detect my video encoder. What should I do?

1. Verify that you have followed all the steps in Section 2: Hardware Installation.

2. Disable any software firewall programs such as ZoneAlarm or Norton Internet Security. If you are using

Windows 7, Vista or XP disable the built in firewall.

3. Click on Search in IPSetup.

4. Reset the video encoder. Take a pin or paperclip and press the reset button on the side of the unit for 15

seconds.

3. I do not have a DHCP server or DHCP is disabled on my network and I am unable to configure the TV­VS1/TV-VS1P. What should I do?

1. Go to the TCP/IP settings on your computer and assign a static IP address on your computer's network

adapter in the subnet of 192.168.10.x. Since the default IP address of the TV-VS1/TV-VS1P is

192.168.10.30, do not assign a static IP address of 192.168.10.30 on your computer's network adapter.

2. Open Internet Explorer and enter http://192.168.10.30 into the address bar.

When I click on Live View the image does not load?

1. Make sure that you are using a browser that supports ActiveX or Java.

2. Make sure that ActiveX or Java is installed. See steps 10 to 12 in Section 2: Hardware Installation for

ActiveX installation. Go to to download and install the Java plug-in.

5. I forgot my password. What should I do?

Take a pin or paperclip and press the reset button on the side of the unit for 15 seconds. This will return

settings back to factory defaults. Open up the IP Setup program to find out the IP address of the camera (see
step 8 in Section 3: Configure the TV-VS1/TV-VS1P.) If you do not have a DHCP server on your network, the
default IP address is 192.168.10.30. The default administrator ID and password is admin.

6. Please give me an explanation of all the LEDs and Buttons.
