2. Procéder à l'installation

Remarque : Ne branchez pas le TEG-ECTX/TEG-ECSX à votre ordinateur
avant d’en recevoir la consigne.

1. Insérez le CD-ROM avec le pilote
dans votre lecteur de CD-ROM.

2. Cliquez sur Run autorun.exe
(Windows Vista uniquement).

3. Cliquez sur Install Driver (Installer
le pilote) et ensuite sur votre
système d'exploitation.

4. Cliquez sur Next. Et Suivez les
instructions de l'Assistant
d'installation.

5. Cliquez sur OK pour
redémarrer l'ordinateur (Windows
2000/Vista server uniquement).

6. Cliquez sur Terminer (Finish).

7. Eteignez votre ordinateur et ouvrez

le boîtier de votre ordinateur.

8. Insérez fermement la carte PCIe
dans un logement PCIe libre,
allumez ensuite l'ordinateur et
attendez que le bureau Windows
apparaisse.

9. Les pilotes s'installeront
automatiquement.

1. Branchez un câble réseau RJ-45
de l'ordinateur à un port Ethernet
libre de votre Gigabit routeur ou de
votre Gigabit switch.

Branchement du TEG-ECSX à votre réseau

1. Branchez un câble de type SC
multi mode entre le TEG-ECSX et
un convertisseur fibre Gigabit fibre
(p. ex. le TFC-2000MSC).

Remarque : Assurez-vous que les
câbles TX et RX sont inversés sur
les connexions opposées.

2. Branchez un câble Ethernet entre
le convertisseur fibre et un port
Ethernet Gigabit de votre switch (p.
ex. le TEG-S5).

L'installation est maintenant complète.

Troubleshooting

Windows doesn't recognize my new hardware. What should I do?

First, verify that your computer meets the system requirements as specified in

Section 1. Second, go to Start -> Control Panel -> System > Hardware ->
Device Manager. In the list of device types, double-click on Network Adapters.

If you see the device with a yellow question mark or exclamation point next to it,
double-click on it, click on Drivers and click Update Drivers. Third, if the device
manager fails to recognize the presence of a new networking adapter, verify that
the network adapter is firmly seated in the PCIE Slot.
