Traulsen's Dual purpose Rethermalization Ovens are designed to heat food
up to 350°F and/or hold it at safe temperatures of up to 250°F. Ideal for use
with products such as casseroles/lasagna, baked goods, etc. , their compact
footprints also save valuable floorspace while providing additional heat &
hold capacity. Both reach-in and roll-in models feature a top-mounted, forced
air system which ensures even temperatures throughout the cabinet, and
their easy to use controls allow up to nine (9) custom programs for both
operator convenience and product consistency.

Ideal for any size restaurant, schools, universities, hospitals, or any
application requiring even heat and/or hold temperatures in a compact
footprint.

Construction, Hardware and Insulation

Cabinet exterior and interior are constructed of stainless steel material. Welded
endo-skeleton steel frame. A set of 6" high casters are included (model TRT32 only).

Doors are constructed of stainless steel with locks as supplied standard. They
feature magnetic, mechanical grip-action door latches for secure door seal during
transport. They also include heavy-duty hinges and easily removable for cleaning,
high temperature door gasket which assure tight door seal. Both the door hinges
and latched are guaranteed for life.

Both the cabinet and doors are insulated with an average of 1" thick fiberglass
insulation (2" on top).

Heating System

Cabinet is equipped with four 1900 watt heating elements, coupled with low-speed
fans to provide even heat distribution throughout the cabinet. System is top-mounted
and is completely removable for ease of maintenance. A 6' cord and plug is
provided. Retherm operating temperatures can be set from is 100 to 350°F, and
holding temperatures can be set from is 100 to 250°F.

NOTES

Interior

Standard interior arrangements for reach-in model TRT32 include sixteen (16) wire
shelves mounted on pilasters. Roll-in model TRT32R is equipped standard with a
built-in ramp and includes a removable dolly built with high-temperature casters (wire
baskets optional).

Controller

Equipped with a programmable microprocessor controller, an adjustment/set
button, and a start button as supplied standard. Also includes digital LED displays:
Time (in minutes), Hold, Retherm and Cabinet temperatures (program number).
Controller can be manually adjustedor can be pre-programmed with up to nine
custom programs. In addition it includes an ON/OFF switch which powers the unit.

Warranties

A one year parts and labor warranty is provided standard. An optional 2
extended parts and labor warranty is also available.
