Like everything in the Traulsen line, our Equipment Stands are heavy duty. They feature a stainless steel Marine Edge top as standard and it's durable cabinet design is engineered to suppor t the heavy equipment used along the cook line. Ideal for use as a base with broilers, ovens, fryers or griddles. In addition, our sturdy drawer design, which comes standard with 2" inch stainless steel drawer rollers, can accommodate 6" inch deep pans in every drawer. Also, our drawer design oﬀers the maximum length and pan capacity in the market today.

Traulsen Equipment Stands also come equipped with our reliable, plug and play INTELA-TRAULR microprocessor control for precise temperature maintenance. Equip ped with a balanced, self -contained refrigeratio n system, keeping its cool no matter what the temperature in the surrounding area is. Construction, Hardware and Insulation

Cabinet exterior, front and sides, louver assembly and drawers are constructed of 20 Gauge 430 Stainless Steel, exterior back and bottom are constructed of heavy gauge galvanized steel. Drip Guard (Marine Edge) Top, is constructed of 16 Gauge 300 Series stainless steel. Cabinet interior, walls is constructed of 22 gauge 400 series stainless steel, top and bottom are constructed of 22 gauge 300 series stainless steel. A set of 4" high casters are included standard. Vinyl magnetic snap-in drawer gasket assures tight drawer seal and easily removable for cleaning. Anti condensate heaters are located behind each drawer opening. Both the cabinet and drawers are insulated with an average of 2" thick high density, non-CFC, foamed in place polyurethane.

Th e dr awers thems elves are constr ucted using 14 gaug e st ainless stee l dr awer slides and 2" diame ter stainless steel rollers. To facilitate use, each d rawer in cludes both a self-c losing and st ay open feature.

Refrigeration System

Self-contained, balanced refrigeration system using R-404A refrigerant comes standard with left hand refrigeration placement. It features an oﬀ-cycle defrost, capillary tube, air-cooled hermetic compressor, and an automatic condensate evaporator. A NEMA 5-15P plug and 9' cord and retainer is provided. Cabinet operating temperature is 34 to 38°F. Dedicated rear mount evaporator fan design distributes air through each drawer section.

Both a one (1) year parts and labor warranty and a ﬁve (5) year compressor warranty (self-contained models only) are provided standard. The INTELA-TRAUL and labor warranty. Drawer (s) come with a three (3) year parts only warranty (excluding gaskets).
