Using your Rocket Kit

Priming the atomizer head:

It is important to “prime” the
atomizer head before first use; this
ensures the atomizer head is fully
saturated with e-liquid. To prime the
atomizer head, remove the tank from
the Rocket battery then unscrew the
top cap assembly from the tank by
rotating anti-clockwise. The atomizer
head should remain attached to the
top cap assembly when removed
from the tank; the atomizer head
can then be unscrewed from the top
cap. Prime the atomizer head by

dripping a few drops of e-liquid into
the central hole in the atomizer head.
After priming, screw the atomizer
head back onto the top cap,
tightening until snug. Check that
the tank’s glass section is correctly
located on its seal on the atomizer
base of the Fuze tank, then screw
the top cap assembly, complete with
new atomizer head, back into the
tank. Tighten until snug, then fit the
fully assembled tank back onto the
Rocket battery.

Important note: It is possible to
assemble the Fuze tank by first
screwing the atomizer head onto
the base of the tank with glass
removed rather than the top cap.
This is not recommended, as it will
mean that the threads securing the
atomizer head to the top cap are
not fully engaged. If this incorrect
assembly procedure is used, the
atomizer head will remain attached
to the atomizer base when the top
cap is unscrewed. Should this occur,
remove the tank glass section from

the base of the tank and unscrew the
atomizer head. Refit the glass, then
refit the atomizer head to the top cap
assembly and reassemble the tank
as shown on page 4.

Filling the Fuze tank with e-liquid:

Fully close the airflow slot by
rotating the airflow control ring anti­clockwise. The top cap cannot be
opened for filling unless the airflow is
fully closed. Locate the fill symbol on
top of the Fuze tank, and push/slide
the top section in the area of the
symbol, and in the direction pictured
below. The top cap will hinge open
to reveal two e-liquid fill holes. Fill
the tank with e-liquid, avoiding
overfilling. Take care to avoid
pouring e-liquid into the central air

hole. Once filled with e-liquid, close
the hinged top cap assembly then
firmly slide it shut. An audible click
will be heard when the top cap is
properly closed.

Note: Be sure to “prime” the
atomizer head before first use by
allowing it to sit in a tank full of
e-liquid for a few minutes before
vaping. This ensures the atomizer
head is fully saturated with e-liquid
prior to use.

Powering On and Off:

To switch the Rocket on, press the
power button five times in quick
succession; the Totally Wicked logo
will flash 5 times quickly, indicating
the battery has been switched on.
Similarly, when powered on, quickly
press the power button five times
to turn the battery off; the Totally
Wicked logo will flash 5 times
quickly, indicating the battery has
been switched off.

Vaping:

Press and hold the power button as
you inhale the vapour. The Totally
Wicked logo will light while the unit
is powering the atomizer coil.

Installing/Replacing an Atomizer
Head:

To install a new atomizer head,
follow the instructions shown for
priming the atomizer head above.
Remember to prime your new
atomizer head before fitting.

Charging the Battery:

Charge by inserting the large side of
supplied USB cable into a powered
USB port or suitable wall adapter
and insert the cables micro USB
connection into the side of the
Rocket. When charging, the display
will flash 5 times to indicate charging
has started. The battery bars on the
screen will flash and progressively
increase until the Rocket is fully
charged, when fully charge the
display will switch off.

Battery Level Indication:

The remaining battery charge is
indicated by the Rocket’s screen.
when the unit is powered on the
screen will display 1 – 5 bars. The
battery’s remaining charge and
battery bar indications are detailed
in the table below.

Short Circuit Protection:

If an atomizer short circuit occurs or
the atomizer heads resistance goes
below 0.2ohms while in operation,
the Totally Wicked logo will flash 5
times slowly, and the Rocket will not
power or produce any vapour. If an
atomizer short circuit has occurred
before the device is operated, the
Totally Wicked logo will flash 3 times
quickly, and the Rocket will not
power or produce any vapour. If the
short circuit warning is displayed,
ensure the atomizer head is properly

fitted. If the error message still
occurs, replace the atomizer head
with a brand new one.

Incompatible Resistance
Indication:

If the atomizer heads resistance
exceeds 3.5 ohms, the screen will
slowly flash 10 times to indicate the
atomizer head resistance is too high.
If the atomizer heads resistance is
below 0.2ohms, the vape screen will
quickly flash 3 times indicating that
the atomizer head resistance is too

low. If the incompatible resistance
warning is displayed, ensure the
atomizer head is properly fitted,
if properly fitted and the warning
continues, replacing the atomizer
head with a brand new one will allow
normal operation to resume.

Atomizer protection:

To protect the atomizer head the
Rocket has 15 second cut off safety
feature, if the power button is held
down for longer than 15 seconds
the Rocket will stop providing power

until the button has been released
and pressed again.

Low Voltage Protection:

Then the remaining battery voltage
drops below 3.3V, the screen will
flash 40 times consecutively and the
Rocket will power off. Recharge the
device to return to normal operation.

Warranty

The Rocket kit components have a 28-day parts warranty, with the exception
of atomizer heads, which are a consumable item and covered by ‘dead on
arrival’ warranty only. The USB cable supplied has a 12-month warranty. If
any parts are found to be faulty within this time please contact our customer
service team, whose details are on the back page of this booklet and we will
arrange for a replacement. We may require the goods to be returned for further
investigation.

Product Storage and Battery Precautions

• Store the Rocket kit and its accessories away from children when not in use.

• Ensure the Rocket is powered off when not in use.

• Avoid accidentally pressing the Rocket vape button when not in use.

• Please only use the charging cable provided.

• Please dispose of dead batteries in accordance with your country’s
appropriate legislation.

• Do not charge the batteries in a damp environment.

• Do not use the device when temperatures are outside the range of -10°C ­60°C.

• Do not charge the battery when temperatures are outside the range of 0°C

- 45°C.

• Do not attempt to repair a faulty Pocket Rocket as these are sealed units with
no serviceable parts. Attempted repairs will void the warranty.

Verdampferkopf vorbereiten:

Es ist wichtig einen neuen
Verdampferkopf vor der
Inbetriebnahme mit E-Liquid zu
benetzen, um sicherzustellen, dass
das Material um die Heizwendel
vollständig mit E-Liquid durchtränkt
ist. Entfernen Sie hierfür den Fuze
Tank vom Rocket Akkuträger und
schrauben Sie die Top Cap gegen
den Uhrzeigersinn vom Tank ab.
Der Verdampferkopf sollte auf der
Top Cap befestigt sein. Schrauben
Sie danach den Verdampferkopf

von der Top Cap ab. Träufeln Sie
anschließend etwas E-Liquid direkt
in die Mitte des Verdampferkopfes
und setzen Sie alle Komponenten
in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder
zusammen. Achten Sie darauf,
dass der Verdampferkopf ordentlich
festgeschraubt ist und das Tankglas
korrekt auf der Dichtung der
Verdampferbasis aufsitzt.

Wichtiger Hinweis: Es ist
auch möglich den Fuze Tank
zusammenzubauen, indem man

zuerst den Verdampferkopf auf
die Verdampferbasis schraubt
anstatt auf die Top Cap, wenn
das Tankglas entfernt wurde.
Diese Vorgehensweise ist nicht
zu empfehlen, da das Gewinde
am Verdampferkopf hierdurch
nicht vollständig an der Top
Cap andocken kann. Falls
diese falsche Vorgehensweise
dennoch angewendet wird,
bleibt der Verdampferkopf auf
der Verdampferbasis befestigt,
wenn die Top Cap abgeschraubt

wird. Sollte dies der Fall sein,
entfernen Sie das Tankglas von
der Verdampferbasis um freien
Zugang zum Verdampferkopf zu
schaffen. Schrauben Sie danach
den Verdampferkopf von der
Verdampferbasis und befestigen
Sie diesen korrekter Weise an die
Top Cap.

Fuze Tank befüllen:

Schließen Sie zunächst vollständig
die Luftzufuhr, indem Sie den
Luftzugring gegen den Uhrzeigersinn

drehen. Die Top Cap darf nur zum
Befüllen geöffnet werden, wenn
zuvor die Luftzufuhr vollständig
geschlossen wurde. Schieben Sie
die Top-Cap mithilfe des Mundstücks
am Füll-Symbol entlang nach außen
und klappen Sie die Top-Cap auf, um
die zwei seitlichen Befüllöffnungen
freizulegen. Befüllen Sie den Tank
mit E-Liquid und achten Sie darauf
nicht in die zentrale Luftöffnung zu
träufeln. Klappen und schieben Sie
anschließend die Top-Cap wieder in
Position bis diese hörbar einrastet.

Hinweis: Träufeln Sie vor der ersten
Benutzung (neuer Verdampferkopf)
etwas E-Liquid direkt in den
Verdampferkopf – hierdurch werden
präventiv Trockenzüge vermieden
und eine bessere Langlebigkeit des
Verdampferkopfes erreicht.

Power Ein/Aus:

Drücken Sie zum Einschalten der
Rocket 5-mal den Powertaster in
Folge; das Totally Wicked Logo
blinkt 5-mal auf und signalisiert,
dass die Rocket an und für die
Nutzung bereit ist. Zum Ausschalten,
Powertaster ebenfalls 5-mal in Folge
drücken.

Dampfen:

Powertaster beim Inhalieren
drücken. Das Totally Wicked Logo
leuchtet auf, wenn der Powertaster
gedrückt wird.

Verdampferkopf einsetzen/
wechseln:

Für die Installation eines neuen
Verdampferkopfes folgen Sie
der vorangegangenen Anleitung
im Abschnitt ‘Verdampferkopf
vorbereiten’. Vergessen Sie nicht
den neuen Verdampferkopf mit
E-Liquid zu benetzen, bevor Sie
diesen in Betrieb nehmen.

Akku aufladen:

Laden Sie Ihre Rocket einfach
mit dem USB-Kabel an einem

geeigneten USB-Port oder USB­Netzstecker auf. Das Display blinkt
nach dem Anschließen 5-mal auf
und signalisiert den erfolgreichen
Start des Ladevorgangs. Der
Ladefortschritt kann hierbei auf
dem Display über blinkende sowie
‘wachsende’ Ladebalken verfolgt
werden. Das Display erlischt sobald
der Akku vollständig geladen wurde.

Der Ladestand des Akkus ist am
Display über sog. Ladebalken
ersichtlich – siehe nachfolgende
Tabelle.

Kurzschluss-Schutzfunktion:

Wenn das Gerät einen
Verdampferkopf-Kurzschluss
erkannt hat oder der Widerstand ist
niedriger als 0.2 Ohm, blinkt das
Totally Wicked Logo 5-mal auf und
die Stromzufuhr an den Verdampfer
wird unterbrochen. Wenn das Gerät
einen Verdampferkopf-Kurzschluss
erkannt hat, bevor der Powertaster
gedrückt wurde, blinkt das Totally
Wicked Logo 3-mal auf. Stellen Sie
bei dieser Warnung sicher, dass der
Verdampferkopf richtig eingesetzt

wurde. Sollte die Fehlermeldung
auch danach bestehen bleiben,
ersetzen Sie den Verdampferkopf
durch einen Neuen.

Widerstandsanzeige:

Wenn das Gerät einen
Verdampferkopf-Widerstand höher
als 3.5 Ohm erkannt hat, blinkt das
Display 10-mal langsam auf - unter

0.2 Ohm blinkt das Display 3-mal
schnell auf. Vergewissern Sie sich,
dass der Verdampferkopf richtig
eingesetzt wurde oder tauschen Sie

diesen bei erneuter Meldung durch
einen Neuen aus.

15 Sek. Sicherheitsabschaltung:

Hält man den Powertaster länger
als 15 Sek. gedrückt, wird die
Stromzufuhr an den Verdampfer
automatisch unterbrochen.

Niederspannungsschutz:

Fällt die Akku-Spannung auf unter
3,3 Volt, blinkt die LED 40-mal auf
und das Gerät schaltet sich ab –
Ladevorgang erforderlich.

Aufbewahrungshinweise und Sicherheitsinformationen

• Das Rocket Kit samt Zubehör außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern
aufbewahren.

• Schalten Sie die Rocket aus, wenn nicht in Gebrauch.

• Vermeiden Sie versehentliches Drücken des Powertasters, wenn die Rocket
nicht in Gebrauch ist.

• Verwenden Sie nur das beigefügte USB-Ladekabel.
