Toshiba offers a complete range of
supplies and parts for each of its
copier models. These supplies are
produced with the same meticulous
attention to quality control that is
applied to the design and manufacture of all Toshiba products.
Advertising for non-genuine supplies and parts usually proclaims
'equivalent reliability and performance at low prices'. We, at Toshiba, are unable to comment on the
quality, or otherwise, of non-genuine supplies and parts, as it is
impractical to test them all. However, we should point out that sometimes incompatibilities arise when
using so-called 'equivalent products'.
For these reasons we strongly recommend that customers use genuine Toshiba supplies and parts.
