Ifyouleavethewireonthesparkplug, someonecouldaccidentallystarttheengine. Accidentalstartingoftheenginecould seriouslyinjureyouorotherbystanders.
Disconnectthewirefromthesparkplug beforeyoudoanymaintenance.Setthewire asidesothatitdoesnotaccidentallycontact thesparkplug.
