3.2 Symbole

Die Symbole können auf dem Akku sein und bedeuten Folgendes:

1 LED leuchtet rot. Der Akku ist zu warm oder zu kalt.

4.2 Bestimmungsgemäße Verwen‐ dung

Der Doppelakkuschacht verbindet einen oder zwei Akkus STIHL AP mit einem STIHL AkkuProdukt mit Halterung für den Doppelakku‐ schacht.

Der Doppelakkuschacht kann bei Regen verwen‐ det werden.

Der Akku kann bei Regen verwendet werden. Der Akku STIHL AP versorgt das STIHL Akku-

Produkt mit Energie. Während der Arbeit wird der Doppelakkuschacht

so mit einem Akku-Produkt verbunden, wie es in der Gebrauchsanleitung des Akku-Produktes beschrieben ist.

Der Doppelakkuschacht darf nur in bodengeführ‐ ten Gartengeräten verwendet werden.

4 LEDs blinken rot. Im Akku besteht eine Störung.

Die Angabe neben dem Symbol weist auf den Energieinhalt des Akkus nach Spezifi‐ kation des Zellenherstellers hin. Der in der Anwendung zur Verfügung stehende Ener‐ gieinhalt ist geringer.

4.7 Transportieren

■ Während des Transports kann der Doppelak‐ kuschacht umkippen oder sich bewegen. Per‐ sonen können verletzt werden und Sachscha‐ den kann entstehen. ► Akku herausnehmen. ► Doppelakkuschacht mit Spanngurten, Rie‐

men oder einem Netz so sichern, dass er nicht umkippen und sich nicht bewegen kann.

4.7.2 Akku

WARNUNG

■ Der Akku ist nicht gegen alle Umgebungseinf‐ lüsse geschützt. Falls der Akku bestimmten Umgebungseinflüssen ausgesetzt ist, kann der Akku beschädigt werden und Sachscha‐ den kann entstehen. ► Einen beschädigten Akku nicht transportie‐

■ Der Akku ist nicht gegen alle Umgebungseinf‐ lüsse geschützt. Falls der Akku bestimmten Umgebungseinflüssen ausgesetzt ist, kann der Akku beschädigt werden. ► Akku sauber und trocken aufbewahren. ► Akku in einem geschlossenen Raum aufbe‐

wie es in dieser Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben ist.

Die LEDs leuchten ca. 5 Sekunden lang grün und zeigen den Ladezustand an.

Die LEDs können den Ladezustand des Akkus oder Störungen anzeigen. Die LEDs können grün oder rot leuchten oder blinken.

Falls die LEDs grün leuchten oder blinken, wird der Ladezustand angezeigt. ► Falls die LEDs rot leuchten oder blinken: Stö‐

4.2 Intended Use

The double-battery compartment connects one or two STIHL AP batteries with a STIHL cordless product with a holder for the double-battery com‐ partment.

The double-battery compartment may be used when it is raining.

The battery may be used when it is raining. The STIHL AP battery supplies the STIHL cord‐

less product with power. During the work, the double-battery compartment

is connected to a cordless product as described in the instruction manual for the cordless prod‐ uct.

Observe the permissible temperature range for the battery.

4.5.1 Double-battery Compartment The double-battery compartment is in safe condi‐ tion when the following conditions are met:

and has not been modified. Only genuine STIHL accessories for this dou‐

ble-battery compartment are attached. The accessories are correctly attached.

■ If not in safe condition, components may no longer operate correctly and safety devices may be disabled. This may result in serous or fatal injury to people. ► Use an undamaged double-battery compart‐

ment.

► If the double-battery compartment is dirty or

wet: clean the double-battery compartment.

► Do not modify the double-battery compart‐

ment.

► Only attach genuine STIHL accessories for

this double-battery compartment.

► Attach the double-battery compartment as

described in this instruction manual.

► Never connect the electrical contacts of the

► If the battery is dirty or wet: clean the battery

and allow it to dry.

► Do not modify the battery.

► Do not insert objects into the apertures in the

battery.

► Never connect the battery terminals to metal‐

lic objects and cause a short circuit. ► Do not open the battery. ► Replace worn or damaged warning signs.

■ Fluid may leak from a damaged battery. If the fluid contacts the skin or eyes, this may cause irritation. ► Avoid contact with the fluid. ► In the event of contact with the skin: wash

the affected areas with plenty of soap and water.

► In the event of contact with the eyes: rinse

the eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes and seek medical attention.

■ A damaged or defective battery may emit an unusual odour, smoke or catch fire. This may result in serious or fatal injury to people and damage to property. ► If the battery emits an unusual odour or

smoke: do not use the battery and keep it away from flammable materials.

► If the battery catches fire: try to extinguish

the battery using a fire extinguisher or water.

4.6 Working

WARNING

■ In certain situations, the user may no longer be able to concentrate on their work. This may result in the user stumbling, falling and becom‐ ing seriously injured. ► Work calmly and carefully. ► If the light and visibility conditions are poor:

do not use the double-battery compartment. ► Watch out for obstacles. ► If signs of fatigue occur: take a break.

■ If the double-battery compartment changes or starts to behave differently when working, it may not be in safe condition. This may result in serious injury to people and damage to property. ► Stop working, remove the battery and con‐

sult a STIHL specialist dealer.

4.7 Transporting

4.7.1 Double-battery Compartment

■ The double-battery compartment may tip over or move during transport. This may result in injury to people and damage to property. ► Remove the battery.

ing.

■ The battery may turn over or shift during trans‐ port. This may result in personal injuries and damage to property. ► Pack the battery in packaging in such a way

that it cannot move.

► Secure the packaging so that it cannot move.

4.8 Storing

4.8.1 Double-battery Compartment

■ Children cannot recognise or evaluate the dangers posed by the double-battery compart‐ ment. There is a risk of serious injury to chil‐ dren. ► Remove the battery. ► Keep the double-battery compartment out of

the reach of children.

■ Moisture may cause corrosion of the doublebattery compartment's electrical contacts. This may result in damage to the double-battery compartment. ► Remove the battery. ► Keep the double-battery compartment clean

and dry.

4.8.2 Battery

■ Children are not aware of and cannot assess the dangers of the battery and can be seri‐ ously injured. ► Store the battery out of the reach of children.

■ The battery is not protected against all ambi‐ ent conditions. The battery may be damaged if it is exposed to certain ambient conditions. ► Store the battery in a clean and dry condi‐

tion. ► Store the battery in a confined space. ► Store the battery separately from the cord‐

less product.

► Store the battery in non-conductive packag‐

res de la batterie. ► Ne pas relier et ne pas court-circuiter les

contacts électriques de la batterie avec des

objets métalliques. ► Ne pas ouvrir la batterie. ► Remplacer les pictogrammes usés ou

endommagés.

Los LED indican el estado de carga del acu‐ mulador y las anomalías.

El botón activa los LED en el acumulador. Acumulador

El acumulador suministra energía al producto acumulador.

El dato junto al símbolo indica el contenido de energía del acumulador según la espe‐ cificación del fabricante de las células. El contenido de energía disponible en la apli‐ cación es más bajo.

No desprenderse del producto mediante la basura doméstica.

4.2 Uso de acuerdo a lo previsto

El compartimento doble para acumuladores combina uno o dos acumuladores STIHL AP con un producto acumulador STIHL, que cuenta con un soporte para dicho compartimento.

El compartimento doble para acumuladores puede utilizarse cuando llueve.

El acumulador puede utilizarse cuando llueve. El acumulador STIHL AP suministra energía al

producto acumulador STIHL. Durante el trabajo, el compartimento doble para

acumuladores se une con el producto acumula‐ dor de la manera descrita en el manual de ins‐ trucciones del producto acumulador.

El compartimento doble para acumuladores solo puede utilizarse en equipos de jardinería que se conducen por el suelo.

ADVERTENCIA

■ Si el compartimento doble para acumuladores

o el acumulador no se utilizan de la forma pre‐ vista, puede haber personas que sean grave‐ mente lesionadas o matadas, y se pueden producir daños materiales. ► Utilizar el compartimento doble para acumu‐

4.3 Exigencias al usuario

■ En un estado que no sea seguro, es posible que ciertos componentes ya no funcionen correctamente y se desactiven dispositivos de seguridad. Personas pueden ser lesionadas gravemente o matadas. ► Trabajar con un compartimento doble para

acumuladores que no presente daños.

► Si el compartimento doble para acumulado‐

res está sucio: Limpiar el compartimento doble para acumuladores.

► No modificar el compartimento doble para

acumuladores.

► Montar solo accesorios originales STIHL

para este compartimento doble.

► Montar el compartimento doble para acumu‐

tacto con objetos metálicos (no cortocircui‐

tarlos). ► No abrir la batería. ► Sustituir los rótulos desgastados o dañados.

■ De una batería dañada puede salir líquido. Si el líquido entra en contacto con la piel o los ojos, estos se podrán irritar. ► Evitar cualquier contacto con el líquido. ► Si se ha producido un contacto con la piel:

lavar la piel afectada con agua abundante y jabón.

► Si se ha producido un contacto con los ojos:

lavar los ojos durante al menos 15 minutos con agua abundante y visitar a un médico.

■ Una batería defectuosa o dañada puede oler raro, humear o arder. Personas pueden ser gravemente lesionadas o matadas y se pue‐ den producir daños materiales. ► Si la batería huele raro o humea: no utilizar

la batería y mantenerla alejada de objetos inflamables.
