The design of the saw is adapte d for good ergonomics, with nonvibrating handle for long periods of work. The upright cylinde r creates a good working balance.

The SP 340 has a high safety with double acting chain brake protection as well as la rge chain protection cover for front-hand.

The saw is easy to start with fuel primer, automatic choke and electronic ignition system.
