Precautions
• Operate the system only on 15 V DC.
For AC operation, use only the supplied AC pow'e_
adaptor. Do not use any othel AC power adaptoL
• After operating the system with tbe AC power
adaptor, disconnect the AC power adaptol from the
wall outlet it the system is trot to be used for an
extended t)eliod o f dine. Tim POWER switch on
rile system does not turn tile AC power adaptoi off.
• Do not open fl_ecobhlet. Refer se_iclngto
qualified personnel only.

not leave recorded tapes, watches, personal credit
caIds or floppy disks using magnedc coding in
front of the system for an extended period of time.
If the "IV picture or monitor display is
magnetically distorted
Although this systeln is magnetically shielded, throe
may be cases that the picture on some TV sets/
personal conlputet sets may become magnetically
distorted In such a case, turn off the powei of tile TV
set/personal conlputet set once, and after 15 to 30
mitlutes ruin J[on again. For tile personal colnputer
set, take tile appropria[e nleasures such as data
storage before turning it off.
When there seems to be no improvement, locate
the system furthel a\_ ay from the qt\; set,' persooal
computel set Furthernlore, be sure not to place
objects hi which magnets are attached or used ileal
die TV set/personal computer set, such as audio
racks, TV s_ands, toys etc. These may ('ause magnetic
distortion to the picture due to their interaction with
the system

Connect the left speake_ to the source equipment.
When the system is connected to a monaural jack of a
radio, etc., the sound may only come through tile left
speaker In such a case, use the optional Son',, plug
adaptor PC-236HG.
The sound will come through both speakers.

How to Use
Listening to the sound through the built-in amplifier
Left speaker (Front)

1 Press the POWER switch (.= ON).
The POWER indicator lights up.
2 Adjust the VOLUME control.
Turn off the MEGA BASS (Walkman, Discman, etc.)
function as it may cause sound distortion
After listening, press the POWER switch (InOFF).
The POWER indicator goes off,
