For Sony car audio unit USB control of your iPod, we recommend the use of
this USB cable. This connection enables direct control by iPod, as well as power
supply and battery charging.

Storage temperature: –30 to 70 ºC (–22 to 158 ºF)
Note
Do not leave this cable in the place subject to high temperature, such as on a
dashboard.
