Service Overview

2-1. Cleaning the Air Filter

A filter is fitted on the rear side of the front panel assembly of the unit. If accumulated dust on the filter impedes the flow of air, the inside may heat up and troubles may occur. Clean the filter periodically.
Cleaning
1. Turn off the main power of the NSS-C1.
2. Loosen the two screws (RK4 x 25) of the front panel.
3. Open the front panel assembly in the direction of the arrow.
4. Push in the stopper in the direction of the arrow and lock the front panel.
5. Remove the two screws (B3 x 6) and remove the front beam.
6. Remove the harness from the clamper.
7. Disconnect the harness from the connector on the DP board.
8. Remove the four screws (B3 x 6), and remove the DP cover assembly and DP board.
9. Remove the filter in the direction of the arrow.
