长按设备 上配置按钮3秒直到 闪烁一下 ，然后短按遥控 器需要学习的红色指示 灯
按键即可 学习成功。
清除 遥控器配 对方法：
长按 设备上配 置按钮5秒直 到 闪烁两 下，然后 短按遥控 器任意按 键红色 指示灯
即可 清除已学 习的按键 码值。

恢复出厂设置
长按配 置按钮5秒直到W i-Fi指示 灯呈两短一 长闪烁再松 开，此时设 备重置成功 ，
默认进 入快速模式( Touc h)。
更换新 的网络环境 使用时，需 要恢复出厂 设置，再重 新进行网络 连接。
常见问题
问：设 备添加成功 后，显示离 线，无法控 制？
答：设 备刚添加成功后 ，需要1-2分钟时 间连接您的路由 器并连网。如果 长时间
还是显 示不在线， 请根据绿色 指示灯的状 态来判断：
1. 绿灯1秒快 闪一下： 说明设备 没有连上 您的Wi- Fi。

① 可能 是Wi-F i密码输入 不正确.
② 可能是 设备离您的 路由器太远 ，信号太弱 ，或环境有 干扰。请先 将设备靠
近路 由器，如 无改善，请 断电，然 后重新添 加一遍.
③ 设备 不能识别5 G的Wi-F i，请选择2 .4G的Wi- Fi重新添 加.
④ 检查 您的路由 器后台是 否开启MAC地 址过滤， 如有，请 关闭。
如果以 上均尝试不 能解决，请 用一部手机 开启个人热 点，尝试重 新添加。
2. 绿灯1秒快闪 两下：说明 设备已连接 到了Wi-F i但没有连上 外网。
请确认您 的Wi-Fi当前连 接外网是否稳定 、正常。如时好 时坏，频繁出 现这种
双闪 情况， 说明您 的网络 不稳 定，并 非产品 原因， 如网络 正常，请断 电进
行重 启。
