更换 新的网络 环境使 用时， 需要恢 复出厂 设置，再 重新进 行网络
连接 。

RF配对 方法：
在设备 上电后的5秒 内长按遥 控器任意按 键至风扇 灯蜂鸣器“ 滴”
一声， 即可配对 成功，如5秒 内未进行下 一步操作 ，请重新上 电。
RF清除 方法：
长按至 风扇灯蜂鸣 器“滴 滴”两 声，即可清 码。
Wi- Fi配对方法：
长按5秒直 到风扇灯蜂 鸣器呈两短 一长响声， 设备进入快 速配网
模式(Tou ch)
配网模式下，短按任意按键可退出当前模式

常见问 题
问：设备 添加成功后，显 示离线，无法 控制？
答：设备 刚添加成功后，需要1-2分钟时间连接 您的路由器并连网。
如果长时间还是显示不在线，请根据以下步骤来排查：
① 可能是W i-Fi密码 输入不正 确。
② 可能是 设备离您的 路由器太 远，信号太 弱，或环境有 干扰。
请先将 设备靠近路 由器。
③ 设备不 能识别5G的Wi -Fi，请 选择2.4G的W i-Fi重新 添加。
④ 检查 您的路由 器后台是 否开启MA C地址过滤 ，如有， 请
关闭。
⑤ 请确认 您的Wi-F i当前连接 外网是否稳 定、正常。
⑥ 如以 上操作 都正确， 但是仍 然显示 离线， 请使用一 个可
用流量上网的 手机开启热点，然后连接这 个手机热点Wi- Fi
重新添 加一次。

Com mon Pro blems
Q: Why m y devic e stays “O ffline ”?
A: The n ewly add ed devi ce needs 1 - 2 mins to co nnect W i-Fi
and ne twork . If it stay s offlin e for a long t ime, Ple ase jud ge
the pr oblem a ccordi ng to the fo llowi ng metho ds:
① Maybe y ou have ente red a wrong Wi -Fi passw ord.
Maybe ther e's too much distance bet ween the switch your ②
route r or the envi ronment ca uses inte rferenc e, consid er
getti ng close to t he router. If fa iled, ple ase add it aga in.
The 5G Wi- Fi networ k is not suppo rted and on ly support s ③
the 2.4 GHz wirel ess netwo rk.
Maybe the MAC add ress filtering is ope n. Please turn it off.④

⑥ If none of the above meth ods solved the proble m, you can
open th e mobile da ta network o n your phon e to create a
