ATENCIÓN

• Lea atentamente estas instrucciones antes de utilizar el aparato y guárdelas
para una posible consulta posterior.

• Utilice este aparato únicamente para fines domésticos y exclusivamente para
los usos descritos en este manual.

• No lo conecte sin comprobar que el voltaje indicado en la placa de carac­terísticas y el de su casa coinciden.

• Verifique que la base del enchufe dispone de una toma de tierra adecuada.

• No conecte el aparato con un cable de conexión que no sea el original
suministrado por Solac.

• Coloque el aparato bien asentado sobre una superficie lisa y firme. No co­loque el aparato sobre una placa de cocina caliente.

• Desconéctelo siempre que vaya a moverlo de lugar.

• Asegúrese de que el cable, o eventual alargador, se disponga de forma que
nadie pueda tropezar con él y sin que toque la plancha caliente.

• Tenga cuidado de que el cable de conexión no entre en contacto con aristas
cortantes o superficies calientes.

• La plancha alcanza elevadas temperaturas, manéjela con cuidado.

• Manténgalo fuera del alcance de los niños. Si el aparato es utilizado en su
presencia, vigile dichas operaciones.

• No raspe la placa con objetos metálicos o punzantes.

• No utilice su plancha de cocina si observa que el cable de conexión está
dañado o existe alguna deficiencia en el aparato. Acuda a un Servicio Téc­nico Autorizado, con el fin de evitar un peligro.

• No manipule el aparato con las manos mojadas, ni coloque el aparato cerca
de una bañera, ducha o piscina.

¡¡ATENCIÓN!! Cuando desee desprenderse del aparato, NUNCA lo
deposite en la basura, sino que acuda al PUNTO LIMPIO o de recogi­da de residuos más cercano a su domicilio, para su posterior trata­miento. De esta manera, está contribuyendo al cuidado del medio
ambiente.

INSTRUCCIONES DE USO

• Asegúrese de quitar todos los materiales de embalaje antes de usar el apa­rato

• Limpie el producto antes del primer uso (vea el apartado MANTENIMIENTO
Y LIMPIEZA).

• Conecte el termostato regulable primero al aparato (fig.2) y posteriormente
a la red. Elija la posición del termostato deseada. El piloto luminoso Fig.1
(4) se encenderá y permanecerá encendido hasta que alcance la temperatu­ra seleccionada en el termostato.

• Conecte la plancha de cocina unos 3 minutos antes de empezar a cocinar.
Mientras se calienta, prepare los alimentos.

• Utilice en la plancha las espátulas que se adjuntan Fig.1 (6) o cubiertos de
plástico o madera; no utilice cubiertos metálicos para evitar dañar la capa
antiadherente.

• Durante el asado, el piloto de temperatura se iluminará intermitentemente,
indicando que el termostato esta funcionando regulando constantemente
la temperatura ajustada.

• Cuando deje de utilizar la plancha desenchufe la clavija de la toma de co­rriente.

LIMPIEZA Y MANTENIMIENTO

• Desconecte el aparato de la red y déjelo enfriar antes de limpiarlo.

• Desconecte el termostato regulable del aparato y no lo introduzca nunca en
agua o en cualquier otro líquido.

CONSEJOS PRÁCTICOS

• Carnes, pescados, etc. cortados en pequeños pedazos quedarán cocinados
antes y mejor que trozos grandes.

• Recomendamos el uso de carne tierna en la plancha. Si la carne que desea
cocinar es de tipo dura aconsejamos la deje marinando (p.e. leche), la noche
anterior.

• Frutas como la piña y la papaya poseen una enzima que rompe las proteínas,
lo que hace que la carne se vuelva más tierna.

• Evite pinchar la carne para que no se reseque. Utilice tenazas cuando desee
moverla.

• Intente dar la vuelta a los alimentos sólo una vez, ya que más veces haría
que los alimentos se resecasen.

• Cuando vaya a dar la vuelta al pescado utilice una espátula plana y larga.

• Puede utilizar la plancha como bandeja, llevándola a la mesa para mantener
caliente la comida, para ello desenchufe el cable de conexión a red.

IMPORTANT

• Carefully read these instructions before using the appliance and keep them
for any future enquiries.

• This appliance must only be used for domestic purposes, i.e., exclusively for
the activities described herein.

• Do not plug in the appliance before checking that your home voltage
matches that stated on the specifications plate.

• Check that the plug socket is fitted with a suitable earth connection.

• Do not connect the apparatus using a connection cable other than the
original one supplied by Solac.

• Place the appliance firmly on a flat, steady surface. Do not place it on a hot
hob.

• Always disconnect the appliance before moving it.

• Make sure that the cord and any extensions are placed so that nobody can
trip over them, and that they are not in contact with the hot plate.

• Take care that the power cord does not come into contact with sharp
edges or hot surfaces.

• The grill reaches high temperatures. Handle it with care.

• Keep out of the reach of children. If the appliance is used in their presence,
watch carefully.

• Do not scrape the hotplate with metal or sharp objects.

• Do not use your kitchen grill if you notice that the connection cable is dam­aged or that the apparatus is faulty. For safety reasons, take it to an author­ised technical service centre.

• Do not use the appliance with wet hands or place it near a bath, shower or
swimming pool.

IMPORTANT!! When you want to dispose of the appliance, NEVER
throw it in the rubbish bin. Take it to your nearest CLEAN POINT or
the waste collection centre closest to your home for processing. You
will thus be helping to take care of the environment.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

• Remove all packaging materials before using the device.

• Clean the product before using it for the first time (see the MAINTENANCE
AND CLEANING section).

• Firstly, connect the adjustable thermostat to the apparatus (fig. 2) and then
plug it in. Choose the desired thermostat position. The pilot light Fig. 1(4)
will come on and stay on until the temperature selected on the thermostat
is reached.

• Connect the kitchen grill for about 3 minutes before starting to cook. You
can prepare the food while it is heating up.

• Use the spatulas included with the device or Fig. 1 (6). or plastic or wooden
cutlery on the grill. Do not use metal utensils to avoid damaging the non­stick coating.

• During cooking, the temperature pilot light will flash on and off, indicating
that the thermostat is functioning and is constantly regulating the correct
temperature.

• When you have finished using the grill, unplug it from the socket.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

• Unplug the appliance from the mains and leave it to cool before cleaning it.

• Disconnect the apparatus’ adjustable thermostat. Never put it into water or
any other liquid. If necessary, clean it with a damp cloth.

• While the grill is in use, we recommend removing the excess fat using a
wooden spatula, pushing it towards the grease collector (fig.3).

• Clean the grill with kitchen paper after each use. This way you will stop food
remains from sticking to it.

• For thorough cleaning, wash the grill in the dishwasher or with soap and
hot water. Do not use abrasive products that could damage the coating.

• Make sure that the apparatus’ plug is completely dry before you re-connect it.

PRACTICAL HINTS

• If the meat, fish, etc. is cut into small pieces, it will cook better and more
quickly than large pieces.

• We recommend that you use tender meat in the grill. If the meat you want
to cook is tough, we recommend that you marinate it (e.g. in milk) the night
before.

• Fruits like pineapple and papaya contain an enzyme that breaks down pro­teins. This makes meat tenderer.

• Avoid piercing the meat to prevent it from drying out. Use tongs when you
want to move it.

• Try to turn the food once only, for if you do it more often, the food will get
dry.

• When you turn fish, use a long, flat spatula.

• You can use the grill as a tray, taking it straight to the table to keep the
food hot. To do so, unplug it.

• Utilisez cet appareil uniquement à des fins domestiques et exclusivement
pour l’usage décrit dans ce manuel.

• Ne la branchez pas sans avoir vérifié au préalable que la tension électrique in­diquée sur la plaque signalétique correspond bien à celle de votre domicile.

• Vérifiez que la base de la prise est dotée d’une prise de terre adéquate.

• Ne branchez pas l’appareil avec un cordon d’alimentation autre que celui
fourni par Solac.

• Installez l’appareil sur une surface stable, lisse et résistante. Ne posez pas
l’appareil sur une plaque de cuisine chaude.

• Débranchez-le avant de le déplacer.

• Veillez à disposer le cordon ou l’éventuelle rallonge de sorte que personne
ne soit gêné dans ses mouvements, en évitant tout contact avec la base
chauffante.

• Veillez à ce que le cordon d’alimentation n’entre pas en contact avec des
éléments tranchants ou des surfaces chaudes.

• La plancha peut atteindre des températures élevées. Manipulez-la avec pré­caution.

• Maintenez-la hors de la portée des enfants. Si l’appareil est utilisé en leur
présence, surveillez ces opérations.

• Ne raclez pas la plaque avec des objets métalliques ou pointus.

• N’utilisez pas votre grill-plancha si le cordon d’alimentation est endommagé
ou si l’appareil présente un défaut. Faites appel à un service technique agréé
afin d’éviter tout danger.

• Ne manipulez pas l’appareil les mains mouillées et ne le placez jamais près
d’une baignoire, d’une douche ou d’une piscine.

ATTENTION ! Pour mettre l’appareil au rebut, NE LE JETEZ JAMAIS à
la poubelle. Déposez-le dans un POINT DE RECYCLAGE ou à la déchet­terie la plus proche afin qu’il y soit traité comme il convient. Vous
contribuerez ainsi à préserver l’environnement.

MODE D’EMPLOI

• Veillez à bien retirer l’emballage avant d’utiliser l’appareil.

• Nettoyez le produit avant de l’utiliser la première fois (voir la section ENTRE­TIEN ET NETTOYAGE).

• Branchez le thermostat réglable, d’abord à l’appareil (Fig. 2) puis au réseau.
Réglez le thermostat sur la température souhaitée. Le voyant lumineux Fig.
1 (4) s’allume et reste allumé jusqu’à ce que la température indiquée par le
thermostat soit atteinte.

• Branchez le grill-plancha 3 minutes environ avant de commencer à cuisiner.
Pendant qu’il chauffe, vous pouvez préparer les différents ingrédients.

• Avec la plancha, utilisez les spatules fournies Fig. 1 (6) ou encore des cou­verts en plastique ou en bois. N’utilisez jamais de couverts métalliques afin
de ne pas abîmer le revêtement antiadhésif.

• Pendant la cuisson, le voyant de température s’allume de façon intermit­tente pour indiquer que le thermostat est activé et qu’il règle en perma­nence la température sélectionnée.

• Lorsque vous cessez d’utiliser la plancha, débranchez le cordon de la prise
de courant.

NETTOYAGE ET ENTRETIEN

• Débranchez l’appareil et laissez-le refroidir avant de le nettoyer.

• Déconnectez le thermostat réglable de l’appareil et ne le placez jamais dans
de l’eau ou dans un autre liquide. Le cas échéant, nettoyez-le à l’aide d’un
chiffon humide.

CONSEILS PRATIQUES

• Les viandes, les poissons, etc. coupés en petits morceaux seront cuits plus
vite et mieux que des gros morceaux.

• Choisissez plutôt des viandes tendres. Si vous souhaitez cuisiner une viande
dure, nous vous conseillons de la laisser mariner (par exemple, dans du lait)
pendant la nuit.

• Certains fruits comme l’ananas et la papaye contiennent des enzymes qui
cassent les protéines, ce qui rend la viande plus tendre.

• Ne piquez pas la viande, et ce afin d’éviter qu’elle ne se dessèche. Utilisez
des pinces pour bouger la viande.

• Essayez de retourner les aliments une fois seulement pour éviter qu’ils ne
se dessèchent.

• Utilisez une longue spatule plate pour retourner le poisson.

• Vous pouvez utiliser la plancha comme plat. Cela permet de garder le repas
chaud. Débranchez pour cela le cordon d’alimentation.

ACHTUNG

• Lesen Sie diese Anleitung vor Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes aufmerksam
durch und bewahren Sie sie zum späteren Nachschlagen auf.

• Benutzen Sie dieses Gerät nur für den Hausgebrauch und ausschließlich für
die in dieser Gebrauchsanweisung beschriebenen Verwendungszwecke.

• Vergewissern Sie sich vor dem Anschluss des Gerätes, dass die auf dem Ty­penschild angegebene Netzspannung mit jener Ihres Haushalts überein­stimmt.

• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Steckdose entsprechend geerdet ist.

• Schließen Sie das Gerät ausschließlich mit dem von Solac mitgelieferten
Original-Netzkabel an.

• Stellen Sie das Gerät auf einer ebenen und festen Oberfläche ab. Stellen Sie
das Gerät nicht auf eine heiße Herdplatte.

• Ziehen Sie stets den Netzstecker, bevor Sie das Gerät umstellen.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass das Kabel und ggf. Verlängerungskabel so liegen, dass
niemand darüber stolpern kann und diese nicht mit der heißen Platte in
Berührung kommen.

• Achten Sie darauf, dass das Anschlusskabel keine scharfen Kanten oder
heißen Flächen berührt.

• Die Grillplatte erreicht hohe Temperaturen; gehen Sie vorsichtig damit um.

• Außerhalb der Reichweite von Kindern aufbewahren. In Anwesenheit von
Kindern darf das Gerät nur unter entsprechender Aufsicht benutzt werden.

• Fahren Sie nicht mit metallischen oder spitzen Gegenständen über die Platte.

• Benutzen Sie die Grillplatte nicht, wenn das Kabel oder das Gerät beschädigt
sind. Suchen Sie einen autorisierten Kundendienst auf, um Gefahren zu
vermeiden.

• Berühren Sie das Gerät keinesfalls mit nassen Händen und stellen Sie es nicht
in der Nähe von Badewannen, Duschen oder Schwimmbecken auf.

ACHTUNG!! Das Gerät KEINESFALLS über den Hausmüll entsorgen,
sondern zum nächstgelegenen WERTSTOFFHOF oder zur Abfallannah­mestelle zur Weiterverwertung bringen. So leisten Sie einen Beitrag
zum Umweltschutz.

GEBRAUCHSANLEITUNG

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass sämtliches Verpackungsmaterial vor der Benutzung
des Gerätes entfernt wurde.

• Reinigen Sie das Gerät vor der ersten Benutzung (siehe REINIGUNG UND
PFLEGE).

• Schließen Sie den Thermostat zuerst an das Gerät (Abb. 2) und anschließend
an das Netz an. Stellen Sie den Thermostat auf die gewünschte Stufe ein.
Die Leuchtanzeige (4) leuchtet, bis die gewählte Temperatur erreicht ist.

• Schalten Sie die Grillplatte etwa 3 Minuten vor Beginn der Verwendung ein.
Während sie sich aufheizt, können Sie die Speisen vorbereiten.

• Verwenden Sie ausschließlich die mitgelieferten Spatel Abb. 1 (6) oder Kunst­stoff- bzw. Holzbesteck für die Platte. Metallbesteck kann die Antihaftbe­schichtung beschädigen.

• Während des Betriebs blinkt die Temperatur-Leuchtanzeige. Dies zeigt an,
dass der Thermostat in Betrieb ist und kontinuierlich die gewählte Tempe­ratur einstellt.

• Trennen Sie die Platte vom Netz, wenn Sie mit dem Grillen fertig sind.

REINIGUNG UND PFLEGE

• Trennen Sie das Gerät vom Netz und lassen Sie es abkühlen, bevor Sie es
reinigen.

• Nehmen Sie den Thermostat vom Gerät ab. Tauchen Sie ihn niemals in Was­ser oder andere Flüssigkeiten.

Spülmittel reinigen. Vermeiden Sie Scheuermittel, da diese die Beschichtung
angreifen können.

• Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Netzstecker vollständig trocken ist, bevor Sie das
Gerät wieder anschließen.
