Possible Cause
1. No AC power to Mains PCB J1.
a. Line Cord malfunction.
b. Poor power connector insertion or connections.
c. Damaged line filter.
2. AC Power to Mains board.
a. Fuse F1, F2 and/or F3 blown.
b. Connections bad or intermittent.
c. 5V Power Supply not functioning.
d. Control PCB malfunctions.
1. Self-test stops with display above 34°C.
a. Self-test started at too high of a nozzle temperature. The self-test
will automatically continue when temperature drops below 34°C.
2. Disconnect indicator LED lit – display jumps.
a. Air hose electrical connector disconnected or not fully inserted.
b. Air hose not fully inserted into its port on the back of the
warming unit.
c. Connector J7 or J8 on control PCB disconnected.
3. Disconnect indicator flashes twice and self-test does not complete.
The warming unit display is steady at ambient temperature.
a. Control board safety alarm circuit malfunction.
b. Hose has a malfunction.
1. Control board test switch SW1-1 in test position. All sections should
be in “NORM” position.
Possible Cause
1. Hose or hose electrical connector disconnected.
2. Connector J7 or J8 on control PCB disconnected.
3. Motor fuse F5 on Mains PCB blown.
4. Motor connections loose or disconnected.
5. Motor driver PCB (if installed) malfunctions.
6. Thermostat open (under Mains PCB).
1. Clogged air filter or obstructed air intake.
2. Improperly installed air filter.
3. Motor driver PCB malfunction or speed misadjusted.
1. No air filter or air filter not properly installed.
2. Motor driver PCB malfunction or speed misadjusted.
Possible Cause
1. Ambient air button is selected.
2. Heater element failure.
(Disconnect indicator flashes.)
3. Heater control solid-state relay failure.
(Disconnect indicator flashes.)
4. Control PCB failure (Disconnect indicator flashes.)
1. Out of calibration.

1. Perform functional test and/or full calibration.

alarm test (holding button for 8 seconds)
