A. IMPORTANT NOTES
When using electrical appliances, basic safety precaution must always be followed:
1. Read all instruction carefully.
2. This appliance is for normal household use only.
3. Close supervision is necessary when the appliance is in use. Keep the appliance away
from children.
4. To protect against risk of electric shock, fire or personal injury, do not immerse power
cord, plug, mixer unit in water or any from of liquid.
5. Unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
6. Do not operate the appliance when the power cord or plug is damaged. If the appliance
malfunctions, dropped or damaged in any manner, send the appliance to an authorized
service center.
7. Do not let power cord hang over the edge of a table or counter, touch any hot surface.
8. Do not place the appliance near gas outlet, electric burner or heated oven.
9. Always use a reliable earthed power supply to operate the appliance.
10. This appliance can be used by children aged from 8 years and above and persons
with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge
if they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a
safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be
made by children without supervision.
11. Always disconnect the appliance from the supply if it is left unattended and before
assembling, disassembling or cleaning.
12. This appliance shall not be used by children. Keep the appliance and its cord out of
reach of children.
13. This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless
they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a
person responsible for their safety.

C. HOW TO USE
Using Mixer unit manually
Insert beaters or dough hooks into the correct outlets and ensure
the beaters or dough hooks securely lock and in position.
To avoid splashing, place the beaters or dough hooks inside the batter before operating
the appliance.
Mixer Speed Control
Variable 5-Speed Selector
(Refer to PARTS IDENTIFICATION”A”)
Low Speed-Level (1-2) Selection
Suitable for beginning and ending in mixing process, beating and mixing light or fluid
butters ,for whipping egg white or flour mixes.
Medium Speed-Level (3-4) Selection
For consistent mixing process.

High Speed-Level (5) Selection
For whipping cake mixes, sauces and etc. Also for kneading consistent mixing process.
Caution:
For high speed (5) it is recommended not to use more then 1 minute to avoid motor
overheating.

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
1. Before cleaning the appliance, adjust the Speed Selector to position “0”.
2. Unplug the cord from the power supply outlet.
3. Press ”Ejector Button” (Refer to PARTS IDENTIFICATION”A”) to release the beaters
or dough hooks from the mixer.
4. Wash beaters, dough hooks with a soft sponge and some mild detergent. Rinse with
water and wipe clean with a cloth.
5. Do not submerge the mixer unit into water or any type of liquids to avoid electric shock
and cause damage to the appliance. To remove difficult stains, clean the area surface
with a damp cloth.

RECYCLING
For environment protection do not throw out the unit and the batteries with usual
household waste after its service life expiration; apply to the specialized center for further
recycling. The waste generated during the disposal of the unit is subject to mandatory
collection and consequent disposal in the prescribed manner.
For further information about recycling of this product apply to a local municipal
administration, a disposal service or to the shop where you purchased this product.
Guarantee
Details regarding guarantee conditions can be obtained from the dealer from whom the
appliance was purchased. The bill of sale or receipt must be produced when making any
claim under the terms of this guarantee.
