STORING YOUR ISTEAM
1. Store it in a cool dry place.
2. DO NOT wrap the power cord around the unit, place it loosely.
NOTE: Water containing mineral levels will vary depending on the place where you live in. To ensure the continuous operation of the steamer, never store it without cleaning and removing excess water from the water container or tank.
If you ll your isteam with tap water, you may experience mineral build-up due to the high mineral content in the water supply in many cities. Mineral residue inside your isteam’s internal heater may cause intermient steaming or, in severe cases no steaming at all.
To avoid the problem, only use de-mineralized or distilled water in your isteam. If you are unable to use de-mineralized or distilled water, we recommend you to follow the cleaning procedure below at least once a month to help avoid mineral build-up.
Your isteam fails to heat
Your isteam should heat within t wo minutes. If aer t wo minutes your isteam is still cool, check the following:
1. Make sure the steamer is plug ged into an electrical outlet .
2. Fill the water tank. e automatic shut-o feature prevent s your isteam from heating when the water level is low.
Your isteam is not emiing steam
If your isteam is not emiing steam, the water level is too low. Turn the ON/OFF switch o and rell .
Water is spraying from the nozzle
If your isteam is spraying water from the noz zle, the water tank is too full. Pour some water out until the water level is under the maximum level .
Nozzle gurgles
If the nozzle of your isteam makes a gurgling sound there is condensation around the noz zle. is is normal. Hold the steamer ver tically and shake the body to allow
water to drain back into the tank.
Steam ows intermiently
If your isteam is not emiing a continuous ow of steam, sediment build-up is likely to be the problem. Follow the procedure for removing mineral build up of this
User Manual explained above.
1. Turn the unit o and unplug the power cord.
2. Prepare a mixture of 50% vinegar and 50% water, in most cases 1 cup of this mixture will be enough.
