Switch ton he unit and move the table transversely all the way to the front
Switch off the unit.
Remove the screw (rlFig.1) under the Emergency Shutdown switch
Loosen the cover screws (l:Fig.2) at the end of the spotfilm device.
Pull the cover of the spotfilm device (A/Fig.3) approx. 10 cm out.
Release the plug connection N16.Xl (tiFig.3).
Pull the cover of the spotfilm device (A/Fig.3) all the way out.
Remove the side panel (B:Fig 4).

Unscrew the cover plate (CIFig.5) and the cover housing (DIFig.5).
l
Undo the plug connection M7.Xl (Fig.6) and unscrew the energy chain
(2 Allen screws, LiFig.6).

Unscrew the right head-end toothed rack
(4 hexagonal screws, 2 behind the motor and 2 see /“/Fig.G).
l
Unscrew the left toothed rack (4 Allen screws PiFig.7).
l
Unscrew the table transverse carriage
(6 hexagonal screws, 2 behind the motor and 4 see riFig.8).
l
Pull the table transverse carriage all the way to the front with two people.
Note:After the transverse carriage has been pulled out, do not move the rail on the
unit under any circumstances, since the balls could fall out of the linear ball
bearing.
l
Reinstall the tranverse carriage in reverse order.
