CONGRATULATIONS
01. Important: read all instructions carefully before first use.
02. Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handles or knobs.
03. To protect against fire, electric shock and injury to persons do not immerse cord or plug in water or any other liquid.
04. Close supervision is necessary w hen any appliance is used by or near children.
05. Unplug from outlet when not in use and before cleaning. Allow to cool completely before putting on or taking off parts and before cleaning the appliance.
06. Do not operate any appliance with a damaged cord or plug or after the appliance malfunctions, or has been damaged in any manner. Contact Sherwood customer service for examination, repair or adjustment.
07. The use of accessory attachments not recommended by Sherwood Housewares may result in fire, electric shock or injury to persons.
08. Do not use outdoors.
09. Do not allow cord to hang over the edge of the table or counter or to touch hot surfaces.
10. Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric burner or to touch hot surfaces.
11. To disconnect, turn any control to “Off,” then remove plug from the wall outlet.
12. Do not use appliance for other than its intended use.
13. Household use only.
14. Do not immerse in water.
15. The lid must be closed securely when using the milk frother.
16. Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during the frothing cycles.
17. A lways unplug from the base of the wall outlet. Never pull on the cord.
18. Keep hands and utensils out of container while the frother is in use to reduce the risk of severe injury to persons or damage to the product.
19. Use only on a level, dry and heat-resistant surface.
20. Avoid contact with moving parts.

Short Cord Instruc tions:
01. A short power-supply cord is provided to reduce the risks resulting from be coming entangled in or tripping over a longer cord.
02. Longer extension cords are available and may be use d if care is exercised in their use.
03. If a longer extension cord is used : a. The marked electrical rating of the extension cord sho uld be at least as great as the electrical rating of the appliance. b. The longer cord should be arranged s o that it will not drape over the counter top or tabletop where it can be pulled by children or tripped over unintentionally.
Grounded Instructions:
This appliance is equipped with a p ower cord having a grounding wire with a grounding plug. The appliance must be grounded using a 3-hole properl y grounded outlet. In the event of an electrical short circuit, grounding reduces the risk of electric al shock.
If using an extension cord, the extension cord must be a grounded 3 -wire cord.
Do not, under any circumstances, cut or remove the third ( ground) prong from the power cord.
If there is any doubt regarding whether the appliance is proper ly grounded or if these instructions are not fully understood, consult a qualified electrician.
