What is REACH Regulation
REACH is a new EU Regulation on chemicals and their safe use
R

A
uthorization, and Restriction of
Ch
emicals
(A regulation dealing with Registration, Evaluation, Authorization
and Restriction of Chemicals)
There are obligations
of registration/hazardous
evaluation on 30,000 substances that are manufactured in EU or imported to EU.
We cannot use substances of very high concern on
bad effect of human and environmental without Authorization. Some substances of very high concern are restricted on some uses.
To put REACH Simply,
No data, No market
.
Data submission is required, for a chemical substance
which will be used, and also which has been used.
