A3 Colour Network Scanning*
With the colour-scan-capable MX-M354/M314/M264U/N, paper-based documents can be scanned into digital
form, making them easier to organise, store, and distribute. Documents containing colour photos, illustrations, and
highlighting can be scanned and saved in their original colours as digital data for use in presentations, reports, ads,
and other mediums where colour makes for more effective communication.

documents with memory-intensive graphics. The first copy comes
out in just 4.0/4.4/4.9 seconds to save valuable time when
performing multiple short-run jobs. What’s more, the short,
straight paper path minimizes
misfeeds and thereby saves paper.

Productive Collated Output from Memory
The MX-M354/M314/M264U/N’s Scan Once/Print Many function
only requires a single scan of a multi-page original for copying,
and the RIP Once/Print Many function only needs to download
print data once from the PC for printing. The machine then
automatically saves the data into memory and outputs collated
sets of copies or printouts in the proper page order (electronic
sorting), with each set offset stacked for easier retrieval.

Large Paper Capacity

sizes, the MX-M354/M314/M264U/N can accommodate two types
of extra paper drawers for a total

paper, allowing you to do extralarge volume jobs without worry.
Built-In Stackless Duplex Module
The MX-M354/M314/M264U/N can make two-sided copies and
printouts using its built-in stackless duplex module, effectively
reducing paper costs as well as saving filing space. Duplex copying
is even more effective when the duplex module is used together
with the 100-sheet RSPF (reversing single pass feeder)*, which
efficiently feeds in either one- or two-sided originals.

Job Offset and Job Separator
The MX-M354/M314/M264U/N ensures your documents will stay
neatly organised even when others are using the MFP at the same
time. To make it easier to locate and retrieve your documents from
the tray, the Job Offset function stacks the various print jobs
slightly offset from one another. And the optional MX-TR11 Job
Separator Tray prevents copy/print/fax jobs from getting mixed
together by letting you send
some of those jobs there, rather
than to the main tray. You could,
for example, send your printer
output to the Job Separator Tray
to keep it separate from any
copies and faxes in the main tray.

Network Tandem Function*
When two MX-M354/M314/M264U/Ns are connected to the same
office network, you can use both simultaneously to double
copying/printing output to up to 70/62/52 cpm/ppm.
Large-volume jobs can be completed with ease, enabling you to
meet tight deadlines.

Job Build for Large-Volume Scanning
The MX-M354/M314/M264U/N easily handles large-volume copy
jobs exceeding the RSPF’s 100-sheet* capacity. For example, a
270-sheet original can be scanned as batches of 100 + 100 + 70
sheets and automatically stored in the MFP’s memory. Users can
then print the entire document in a single run.

Proof Copying or Printing*
To prevent the waste of large-volume misprints, the MX-M354/
M314/M264U/N lets users output only the first set to check the
content, adjust settings if necessary, and then initiate output of
the rest of the job from the LCD control panel.
