2.General: An error in a portion of the parts codes listed in the parts guide has been found, and

correction of the error is requested.

2. Addition of a sheet to cover the elevator motor to prevent the infiltration of foreign matter.

1.Model name: AR-5040.

2.General: There was a possibility of infiltration of foreign matter through the opening section

above the staple tray in the finishing unit. If by chance metallic matter happens to infiltrate into the elevator motor there is a possibility that it may come in contact with the terminals of the motor. To alleviate this problem, a cover sheet has been attached to the elevator motor.

3.Action: From the start of 1995 May production.
