MODEL AR-CS2
This model is the paper feed module for the full color digital copier,
AR-C150.
This Service Manual describes only the different points (Unpacking and
installation) from the AR-CS1.
For the common items with the AR-CS1, refer to the AR-CS1 Service
Manual.

1. Unpacking
B. Installing the lift-up unit
1) Remove 2 screws and dismount the PCU PWB unit.
2) Insert the lift-up unit into the rear frame of the copier and slide it to
the left.
3) Tighten the 3 lift-up unit securing screws.
4) Connect the connector.

2. Installation
Unplug the copier and follow the procedure below.
A. Removing the lower rear cabinet of the copier
1) Remove 4 screws and loosen 3 screws.
2) Remove the lower rear cabinet.
C. Mounting the lower rear cabinet of the copier
1) Hook the lower rear cabinet onto the 3 lower screws and the power
cord, and set it back to its original position.
2) Install the 4 upper screws and tighten them. And tighten the 3 lower
screws.

D. Removing the dummy cover
1) Open the front cover.
2) Remove 2 screws to remove the PP band.
3) Remove the L-shape pin, and remove the front hinge cover from the
hinge of the copier.
4) Open the upper and lower right doors and remove the 2 screws
securing the right cabinet flange.
5) Remove the right cabinet flange.
7) Remove the screw securing the cover to the tray compartment, slide
the cover to the right and remove it.
8) Remove the screws securing the left and right tray stoppers that are
stopping the tray that is pulled out.
9) Remove the left and right tray stoppers. Lift up both sides of the tray
and remove it.
6) Pull out the tray located second from the top of the tray compartment
until it stops.
10) Install the front cover onto the hinge of the copier.
11) Install the L-shape pin.
12) Attach and secure the PP band with the two front cover securing
screws.
13) Close the front cover.

E. Assembling the CS2 paper tray
1) Remove the 2 securing screws and the 2 hinges from the dummy
cover.
2) Attach the dummy cover onto the CS2 paper tray.
3) Tighten the 4 securing screws.
5) Put the right tray rail cover, and secure it with the 2 securing screws.
G. Installing the CS2 paper tray
1) Fit the rear tray guide of the tray onto the tray rail of the copier, and
push the tray until it stops.
2) Install the right and left tray stoppers with the 2 securing screws.
F. Installing the paper feed unit
1) Remove 2 screws, and remove the right tray rail cover.
2) Remove the 2 screws securing the right cassette rail cover and
remove the right cassette rail cover.
3) Fit the paper feed unit on to the guide rail, and push the paper feed
unit until it stops.
4) Fit the front part of the paper feed unit onto the two positioning
bosses, and secure it with 1 securing screw.
3) Push the paper tray into the copier.
H. Installing the standard paper tray
1) Fit the rear tray guide of the tray onto the tray rail of the copier, and
push the tray until it stops.
2) Install the right and left tray stoppers with the 2 securing screw.
3) Push the paper tray into the copier.
