Subject: McCann’ s Float Style Carbonator T ank
SCOPE
The McCann’s float style carbonator tank is now part of the SV -20 0 and SV -250 Ser vend dispensers starting with seria l number
ACTION
One of the reasons for this change is the ease of tro ubles hootin g. The McCann’s float style carb tank has been in the field for years with proven reliability. This is another positive update to our equipment that can only improve our industry leading status.
To remove the carb tank you will need to follow these few steps
1. Unplug the AC power to the pump deck.
2. Shut off water to the pump deck.
3. Shut off CO
4. Depressurize unit by engaging dispensing carbonated dispensing valve.
5. Unplug dispenser.
6. Remove grid.
7. Remove splash panel.
8. Remove splash panel bracket on left side.
9. Unplug the McCann’s float style carb tank. (see figure 1)
10. Remove water connection. (see figure 1)
11. Tilt top of tank forward.
You now have access to the other connections on top of the carbonator as well as the probe.
