SYMPTOM

type ice. MBE has designed a spiral agitator bar for use in our ice
drink dispensers that dispense nugget ice.
SCOPE
A spiral agitator may be installed in any MD or SV series dispenser that
is currently dispensing nugget ice. The spiral agitator may also be used
to convert an MD or SV dispenser that is currently dispensing cubed ice
to dispense nugget ice. The spiral agit ator is made to work with Servend
dispensers that have an Ice Level Management Kit. When adding the
spiral agitator to a dispenser an Ice Level Management Kit must be
installed if one is not already in place. Refer to the Universal Ice Level
Management Kit installation instructions (5029406).

ACTION
Follow the instructions in your Servend Installation and Service Manual to
remove the existing agitator bar . Reverse the steps to install the new spiral
agitator bar . Install the ice level management kit according to the instructions
sent with the kit.
FURTHER ACTIONS
WKits include the spiral agitator, ice level management system new style
agitator pin and the instructions. The spiral agitator must be used with the ice
level management system.
