IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS

 Please read these operating instructions carefully before connecting your kettle to the power supply, in order to avoid damage

due to incorrect use.

 Incorrect use of the device may damage the device and harm the user.
 Before switching on the appliance for the first time please check if the technical specifications indicated on the unit

correspond to the mains parameters.

CAUTION! The plug of the power cord is grounding type and has a wire. Plug the device only into the corresponding grounded

sockets.

 The appliance is intended for use only in domestic aims. The unit is not intended for industrial and commercial use, and also

for use in:

 kitchen area for the stuff of shops, offices and the other industrial places
 farm houses
 hotels, motels, rest homes and other similar places by residents.

 Do not use outside.
 Always unplug the device from the socket before cleaning the device or if You are not using the device.
 The appliance is not intended for use for physically, sensory or mental disabled person (including children) or for person with

lack of life experience or knowledge, if only they are under supervision or have been instructed about the use of the unit by
responsible person.

 Children must be under control in order not to be allowed to play with the appliance.
 Do not leave switched-on device unattended.
 Do not use the parts which are not included in the package.
 In case of power cord is damaged, it should be replaced into the special cord from manufacture or the service department.
 Do not submerge the device or the power cord in water or other liquids. However, if this happened unplug the device from the

socket immediately and before using the device again have qualified specialists check the operability of the device.

 Make sure that the power cord doesn’t touch sharp edges and hot surfaces.
 Do not pull the power cord and do not twist or wrap the cord around the device.
 The multicooker is to be used only for cooking food. Never use the multicooker for drying clothes, paper and other items.
 Do not turn the multicooker when the pot is empty.
 Do not use the multicooker without the pot.
 Do not put the foodstuffs on the bottom of the multicooker, always use the pot.
 Do not replace the pot with any other container.
 Do not use metal items which may scratch the pot.
 The inner coating of the pot may initially wear off, therefore be careful when using the pot.
 Follow cooking recipes.
 Do not let water get into the vent holes in order to avoid short circuit.
 If using an extension cord make sure that maximum capacity of the cord corresponds to the capacity of the device.
 Caution! The device becomes hot during operation! If you need to touch the multicooker when it is operating use tacks or

cooking gloves.

 Protect Your face and hands from the steam coming out of the valve.
 Do not insert metal and other items into the outlet hole or into any other parts of the device.
 Do not cover the cover of the multicooker with the towels or other items.
 Do not attempt to repair, adjust or replace parts in the appliance. Repair the malfunctioning appliance in the nearest service

center.

 If the product has been exposed to temperatures below 0ºC for some time it should be kept at room temperature for at least 2

hours before turning it on.

 The manufacturer reserves the right to introduce minor changes into the product design without prior notice, unless such

changes influence significantly the product safety, performance, and functions.

 Production date mentioned on the unit and/or on the packing materials and documentations.

INSTALLATION

 It is necessary to make sure that there are no wrapping and foreign objects inside the pressure cooker.
 Check if there are no damage to: lid; body; accessories. If any defect is detected, do not turn on the device; contact the

retailer or service center.

 Place the device on a dry, even and heat-proof surface, at least 30 cm from the edge of the work surface.
 Do not place the device near the flammable materials, explosives and pyrophoric gases.
 Do not place the device near the gas or electric stove, as well as the other heat sources.
 Do not place the device very close to the wall or furniture.
 Do not put anything on multicooker cooker.
 Do not place the multicooker in the cupboard. It is required to ensure the free space for ventilation: not less than 20 cm from

the top and not less than 5 cm from the sides.

 To mash the products use wooden or plastic spoons to prevent the non-stick coating damage.

NOTICE

 It is recommended to use the recipes provided in the cooking book to get guaranteed result.
 If the automatic programs do not give you the result you needed, you can use the universal program “My recipe”( «МОЙ

РЕЦЕПТ») With this program you can set your own time and temperature for best cooking of your chosen dish.

CONTROL PANEL

 « »— activates the chosen cooking program.
 «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Reheat/Cancel) — turns off the keep warm which is automatically on after the cooking is finished;

turns on the reheat function; turns off all programs and settings.

 «МОЙ РЕЦЕПТ» (My recipe) – activates manual setting of cooking time and temperature
 «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/Temperature/Delayed start) —

settings of cooking time, temperature and start delay in the program “My recipe” («МОЙ РЕЦЕПТ».)

 Buttons «+» and «–» are used to choose the program, to set time and temperature, to increase and decrease the values

accordingly.

DISPLAY

 Red circle lighting around the button – setting of cooking time or default cooking program is active
 Blue circle lighting around the button – setting of delayed start or delayed start is active
 Pink circle lighting around the button – setting of cooking temperature

OPERATION

 Before initial use, wipe the cooking pot, the surface of heating element and internal surface of the universal cooker.
 Filling the bowl multivarki water, do not exceed the level MAX.
 Insert the bowl into the multicooker body, control that it gets in close contact with heating element.
 Close the multicooker lid and connect the unit to the electric mains. The display will light up.
 Some kinds of food emit foam during boiling (e.g. pasta, dumplings). To avoid the foam coming out of the bowl, open the lid a

few minutes after the food was put into the boiling water, and remove the foam.

CHOOSING PROGRAM

 Choose program by pressing buttons «+»/ «–»,the selected program will light up.

SETTING OF COOKING TIME AND TEMPERATURE

Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed
start). Set necessary cooking time by pressing buttons «+», «–» or use preset cooking time on desired program.

 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). If the program allows manual adjustment of cooing temperature, set necessary cooking temperature by pressing
buttons «+», «–» .

 Press button « » so start the cooking program (The button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/

ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time / Temperature / Delayed start) – will light up with red circle).

 Cooking time countdown will start only after the preset cooking temperature is reached.

KEEP WARM FUNCTION

 After the cooking is finished, the signal will be heard and keep warm function will start automatically for those programs where

it is preset.

 This function allows to keep the temperature of ready dish at 70-75°С during 24 hours. After the automatic keep warm starts,

the indicator light of button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel) will light up. After the cooking is finished, the

display will show time of automatic keeping warm.

 If necessary, the reheat function can be set manually by pressing button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).
 To turn off the automatic keep warm function during operation press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).

The indicator light on button will be off and display will stop indicating keep warm time.

 Automatic keep warm is not available for programs «ЖАРКА» (Fry), «ЙОГУРТ» (Yoghurt) and «ХЛЕБ» (Bread)

CANCEL FUNCTION

 To stop cooking, to change program, to stop keep warm, to pause cooking press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА» (Keep

warm/Cancel).

DELAYED START

 For more convenience the multicooker has function of delayed start, which makes possible to start chosen cooking program

in the chosen time. Start can be delayed from 10 minutes till 24 hours (step is 1 minute)|

 Set the necessary cooking program or make settings manually if necessary.
 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start), set necessary start delay.

 After the necessary time is set, press button «СТАРТ» (Start) to countdown. The chosen program will be finished in the

chosen time and after the cooking is finished, the keep warm will start automatically

REHEAT FUNCTION

 Multicooker can be used for heating already finished, but cold dishes. This requires you to place the finished dish in a bowl,

set it in the body of the multicooker, close the lid, select the program «РАЗОГРЕВ» (warming up).

 After some time, the temperature of the heating element will rise to 100°C, and this temperature is maintained until shut-off

(shut-off manually with the button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).

 Despite the fact that multicooker can keep warm during 24 hours, the producer does not recommend to keep the food warm

more than 3 hours as it can negatively influence the taste and nutritional value of the food.

EXAMPLES OF MULTICOOKER OPERATION ON SELECTED PROGRAMS

PRORGAM «ЖАРКА» (FRY)

 It is recommended to use this program for frying meat, fish, vegetables. Default preset cooking time for this program is 30

minutes, It also can be adjusted manually – from 10 minutes to 1 hour, with 5 minutes step.

 Choose program «ЖАРКА» (Fry) by pressing buttons «+»/«–». Chosen program will light up.
 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking time with buttons «+», «–» or use default preset time.

 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking temperature with buttons «+», «–». Default cooking temperature is 140°C . You can adjust it
manually from 100°C to 160°C with 10°C step.

 Press button « » (Start) to start operation (red circle lighting will be displayed around the button «ВРЕМЯ

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/Temperature/Delayed start).

 Cooking time countdown will start only after the set cooking temperature is reached.
 After the cooking is finished, the sound signal will be heard; but keep warm function will not work because it can spoil the

ready food.

 To pause cooking and to change program press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).
 To prevent food burning it is necessary to stir the ingredients and follow the cooking procedure.
 If crust is desired, it is recommended to fry with open multicooker lid.
 To pause cooking and to change program press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).

PROGRAM «НА ПАРУ» (STEAM)

 It is recommended to use this program for steaming meat, poultry, fish, vegetables and complex dishes. Default preset

cooking time for this program is 30 minutes, It also can be adjusted manually – from 5 minutes to 1 hour, with 1 minute step.
Use steamer container that is included into the set.

 Prepare the ingredients and put them into the included steamer container.
 Fill 1/3 of the cooking bowl with water. Place the steamer container with food onto the bowl.

Insert the bowl into the multicooker body, control that it gets in close contact with heating element.

 Close the multicooker lid and connect the unit to the electric mains.
 Choose program «НА ПАРУ» (Steam) by pressing buttons «+»/«–». Chosen program will light up.
 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking time with buttons «+», «–» or use default preset time.

 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/

Temperature/Delayed start). Set necessary cooking temperature with buttons «+», «–».

 Press button «СТАРТ» (Start) to start operation (red circle lighting will be displayed around the button «ВРЕМЯ

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/Temperature/Delayed start).

ready food.

 To pause cooking, to change program , to cancel automatic keep warm function press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep

warm/Cancel).

PROGRAM «ХЛЕБ» (Bread)

 Prepare the ingredients according to chosen recipe.
 Spread vegetable oil inside the bowl, knead the dough and put it inside the bowl.
 The dough volume should not exceed 1/3 of bowl volume, because it will volume up during rising.
 Insert the bowl into the multicooker body, control that it gets in close contact with heating element.
 Close the multicooker lid and connect the unit to the electric mains.
 Choose program «ХЛЕБ» (Bread) by pressing buttons «+»/«–». Chosen program will light up.
 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking time with buttons «+», «–» or use default preset time.

 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/

Temperature/Delayed start). Set necessary cooking temperature with buttons «+», «–» if available

 Press button «СТАРТ» (Start) to start operation (red circle lighting will be displayed around the button «ВРЕМЯ

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/Temperature/Delayed start).

 Cooking time countdown will start only after the set cooking temperature is reached.
 After the cooking is finished, the sound signal will be heard; but keep warm function will not work because it can spoil the

ready food.

 To pause cooking and to change program press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).
 It is recommended to sieve the flour before using for additional cleaning and oxygenation.
 Do not open the multicooker lid during whole cooking. The result of cooking depends on it.
 Start delay function can be used for this program

PROGRAM «МОЛОЧНАЯ КАША» (Milk porridge)

 This program is intended for preparing porridge with pasteurized milk with low fat content. To prevent milk boil-off and get

necessary result, it is recommended to follow below instruction before cooking..

 Rinse the whole-grained cereals (rice, buckwheat, etc.) thoroughly till the water after rinsing becomes clear.
 Before cooking, spread butter inside the bowl.
 Measure the ingredients according to cook book recipes, strictly follow the proportions (increase or decrease the ingredients

only proportionally);

 Pasteurized milk should be diluted with drinking water in proportion 1:1.
 Quality and properties of milk and cereals can significantly differ depending on their manufacturer, it may influence the result

of ready dish.

PROGRAM «МОЙ РЕЦЕПТ» (MY RECIPE)

 If the automatic programs do not suit your recipe, you can set cooking time and temperature manually to cook your chosen

dish in the optimal way. Program «МОЙ РЕЦЕПТ» (My recipe) is developed for cooking on individual cooking program and it
allows you to cook dishes that previously could be cooked only with special kitchen devices like convection oven, food
steamer, yoghurt maker, etc.

 Cooking temperature can be adjusted from 35°C to 160°C with 5°C step (from 35°С –100°С) and further with 10° C step (from

100°С –160°С)

 Default preset cooking time for this program is 10 minutes, It can be adjusted manually from 5 minutes to 16 hours, with 5

minutes step.

 Prepare the ingredients according to your recipe, rinse them and cut, put them evenly into the bowl
 Insert the bowl into the multicooker body, control that it gets in close contact with heating element.
 Close the multicooker lid and connect the unit to the electric mains.
 Press button «МОЙ РЕЦЕПТ» (My recipe).
 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking time with buttons «+», «–».

 Press button «ВРЕМЯ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/ Temperature/Delayed

start). Set necessary cooking temperature with buttons «+», «–».

 Press button « » (Start) to start operation (red circle lighting will be displayed around the button «ВРЕМЯ

ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ/ ТЕМПЕРАТУРА/ ОТЛОЖЕННЫЙ СТАРТ» (Cooking time/Temperature/Delayed start).

 After the cooking is finished, keep warm program will start automatically.
 To pause cooking, to change program, or to cancel keep warm press button «ПОДОГРЕВ/ОТМЕНА» (Keep warm/Cancel).
 Start delay function can be used for this program

CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE

 Before cleaning turn off the multicooker and unplug it from the socket. Let the device cool off completely.
 Body should be cleaned regularly as the dirt occurs.
 Do not rinse the unit under water flow!
 Use soft wet cloth to clean outer and inner surface of multicooker, control panel
 Wash, wipe and let dry all detachable parts of the unit.
 Keep the multicooker and accessories clean.
 Before storage and use make sure that all parts of the unit and all the accessories are clean and dry.

CLEANING THE BOWL, INNER PART OF LID AND ACCESSORIES

 WARNING! Remove the bowl from the multicooker before cleaning it.
 If the food residues got stuck inside the bowl, let it soak before cleaning.
 Use detergent and soft sponge to clean steamer, spoon and measuring cup which are included in the set. The bowl and

steamer can be cleaned in dishwasher machine.

 To clean the inner part of lid it is necessary to run the STEAM function. Pour a cup of water into the bowl, add a slice of lemon

or squeeze some juice into water. Switch on the unit on STEAM function for 15 minutes. After the unit is off, you can clean the
inner part of lid easily.

 Wipe the lid with soft sponge with detergent, wash away the foam.
 WARNING! Do not let water come into opening joint to avoid water coming into unit body.

CLEANING OF DETACHABLE STEAM VALVE

 Remove the steam valve from outside of the lid by turning it anti-clockwise.
 Remove silicon attachment
 Rinse the valve and attachment with water, wipe and let dry.
 Set the silicone attachment to the valve
 Set the valve back by rotating and pressing it.

REMOVING OF CONDENSED WATER

 Condensed water often appears during cooking. The manufacturer designed a special vent on the unit body around the bowl

and a detachable container for condensed water. Condensed water can be easily wiped away from the vent by dry cloth and
poured out of the container.

 It is recommended to clean the unit , the steam valve and the condensed water container after each use of multicooker.

STORAGE

 Make sure that the device is unplugged from the socket and is completely cooled off.
 Follow all of the steps mentioned in “CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE” section.
 Store the multicooker with the cover half open in a dry and clean place.

TROUBLESHOOTING

 In case the display shows failure code, switch the multicooker off the mains and wait until it cools down. In case after you

switch it on again the failure indication will be displayed again, please, contact the service center

The symbol on the unit, packing materials and/or documentations means used electrical and electronic units and
battery’s should not be toss in the garbage with ordinary household garbage. These units should be pass to special receiving
point.
