Important safety instructions

1. Read and understand all safety and operating instructions before the radio is operated.

2. Retain instruction: The safety and operating instru ctions should be retained for future reference.

3. Heed warnings. All warnings on the appliance an d operating instructions should be followed.

4. Follow all operations and use instructions.

5. Water and Moisture: The appliance should not be used near water. Do not use near a ba thtub, washbowl, laundry tub, kitchen sink, wet basement, swimming pool, etc.

6. Unplug the radio from the AC power outlet before cleaning. Use only a damp cloth for cleaning the exterior of the radio.

7. Do not place the radio on an unstable cart, stand, bracket or table. The radio may fall, causing serious personal injury and damage to th e radio.

8. Ventilation: This radio should be situated so that its location or position does not interfere with its proper ventilation. For example, the radio should not be used on a bed, sofa, rug or other soft surfaces that may block the ventilation openings. It should not be placed in a built-in situation like a cabinet that may reduce air flow through the ventilation openings.

9. Power sources: The radio should be operated only from the type of power source indicated on the marking label. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your radio dealer or power company.

10. Power cords: The power cord should be positioned so it is not walked on, pinched, or items placed on top of it. Pay particular attention to cords at plugs, convenience receptacles, and the point where they exit from the unit. Unplug the power cord by gripping the power plug, not the cord. Operate the radio using

only the correct type of power source indicated. If you are not sure of the type of power supply to your home, consult your dealer or local power company.

11. Do not overload wall outlets or extension cords. This can result in a risk of fire or electrical shock. Never insert objects of any kind into the radio through opening. The objects may touch dangerous voltage points or short out parts. This could cause a fire or electrical shock.

12. If the radio is left attended and unused for long periods of time , unplug it from the wall outlet. This will prevent damage caused by lightning or power line surges.

13. If the radio is left unattended and unused for long periods of time, remove the batteries. The batteries may leak and d amage furniture or your radio.

14. Do not attempt to service the receiver yourself. Removing the cover may expose you to dangerous voltage, and will void the warranty. Refer all servicin g to authorized service personnel.

15. Object and Liquid Entry – Never push objects of any kind into this radio through openings as they may touch dangerous voltage points or short –out parts that could result in a fire or electric shock. Never spill liquid of any kind on the product.

16. The appliance should be serviced by qualified service personnel when: A: The power supply cord or the plug has been damaged. B: Objects have fallen or liquid has been spilled into the radio. C: The radio has been exposed to rain or w ater . D: The radio does not appear to operate normally or exhibits a marked change in performance. E: The radio has been dropped, or the enclosure damaged.

Battery operation

1. Remove the battery cover on the rear of the unit by pushing the catches in the direction of the arrows.

2. Insert four UM-1 (D size) batteries into the space in the compartment. Take care to ensure all batteries are inserted with the correct polarity as shown inside the battery compartment. Replace the b attery cover.

3. Reduced power, distortion and a ‘stuttering’ sound are all signs that the batteries may need replacing.

4. If the radio is not to be used for any extended period of time, it is recommended that the batteries are removed from the radio. We would recommend for economy that the PR-D2(V) is used on the mains pow er supply whenever possible with battery

operation for occasional or stand-by use only.

Battery replacemen t

1. The battery indicator will appear in the display for 7 seconds after the radio is switched on or off. The indicator will show when the batteries are fresh. The battery should be replaced when the indicator show or the battery power is too weak to turn on the radio ( will flash for 7 seconds ). After removing the batteries you have app roximately 3 minutes to replace the batteries after which the clock and memory information will be lost .

Mains power operation

Place your radio on a flat surface. Plug the mains lead into the mains socket located on the rear of your radio ensuring that the plug is pushed fully into the socket. The batteries will be automatically disconnected . The AC cord should be disconnected from the mains supply when not in use for long periods .

Settin g the clock

1. The clock will start running when the batteries are installed or when the radio is connected to the mains supply. The display will show 0:00 (PR-D2) or 12:00 (PR-D2V).

2. Ensure that the radio switched off.

3. Press the Band (Time Set/ST. MO.) button, the hours digits will flash in the display followed by a beep sound.

4. Press Tuning up/down button to set the required hours.

5. Press the Time Set button, the minute digits will flash in the d isplay.

6. Press the Tuning up/Down buttons to set the required minute.

7. Press the Time Set button to complete time setting.

Operating the radio

Your radio is equipped with four tuning methods-Scan tuning, Rotary tuning, Manual tuning and Memory preset tuning.

Scan tuning

1. Press the Pow er button to turn on the radio.

2. Select the required waveband by repeatedly pressing the Band button. For the FM/TV(PR-D2V) band fu lly extend the Telescopic aerial and set it at an angle of 45 degrees.

3. Press and hold down either the Tuning up or Tuning down buttons for more than 0.5 seconds to commerce scan tuning.

4. The radio will scan selected waveband and stop automatically when it finds a station of sufficient strength. The tuning indicator will appear in the display.

5. To recommence scan tuning, press and hold down either the Tuning up or Tuning down buttons for more than 0.5 seconds.

6. When the w aveband end is reached, the radio will beep and continue tuning from the opposite waveband end.

7. Rotat e the Volume control clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume. Set the Tone control to the desired setting.

8. To turn off the radio press the Power button.

Manual tuning

1. Press the Pow er button to turn on the radio.

2. Select the required waveband by repeatedly pressing the Band button. For the FM/TV (PR-D2V) band fu lly extend the Telescopic aerial and set it at an angle of 45 degrees.

3. A single press on either the Tuning up or Tuning down buttons will change the frequency in the following increments: FM 50 or 100 kHz (PD-D2), 100 kHz or 200 kHz (PR-D2V) MW 9 kHz or 10 kHz (PR-D2V) TV 1 channel (PR-D2V)

4. When a station is correctly tuned, the tuning indicator will appear in t he display. Note: when the waveband end is reached, the radio will beep and continue tuning from the opposite waveband end.

5. Rotat e the Volume control clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume. Set the tone control to the desired settings.

6. To turn off the radio, press the Power button.

Rotary tuning

1. Press the Pow er button to turn on the radio.

2. Select the required waveband by repeatedly pressing the Band button. For the FM waveband/TV (PR-D2V), fully extend the Telescopic aerial and set it at an angle of 45 degree.

3. Rotate the Tuning control to change the frequency in the following increments: FM 50 kHz MW 1 kHz TV 1 channel (PR-D2V)

4. When a station is correctly tuned, the tuning indicator will appear in t he display. Note: when the waveband end is reached, the radio will beep and continue tuning from the opposite waveband end.

5. Rotat e the Volume control clockwise to increase the volume and anticlockwise to decrease the volume. Set the Tone control to the desired settings

6. To turn off the radio, press the Power button.

Storin g stations in preset memories

There are 5 memory presets for each waveband.

1. Press the Pow er button to turn on the radio.

2. Tu ne to the required station using one of the methods previously described .

3. Press and hold down the required preset for until the radio beeps (greater than 2 seconds). The preset number will appear in the display and the station will be stored under the chosen preset button.

4. Repeat this procedure for the remaining prese ts.

5. Stations stored in preset memories may be overwritten by following above procedure.

Recalling statio ns from preset memories

1. Press the Pow er button to turn on the radio.

2. Select the required waveband by repeatedly pressing the band button.

3. Momentarily press the required Preset button, the preset number and station frequency will appear in the display.

Settin g the radio alarm

When the radio alarm is selected, the radio will turn on and play the last station listened to. The radio alarm will sound for one hour unless turned off by pressing the Power button. Press the Power button whilst the alarm is sounding will cancel the alarm for 24 hours.

1. The radio alarm time can be set with the radio switched off.

2. Press and hold down the alarm radio button (preset no. 5) until the hour digits and alarm symbol flash in the display followed by a beep tone.

3. Set the required hour using the Tuning up/down buttons.

4. Press the alarm radio button, the minute digits will flash in the d isplay.

5. Set the required minute using the Tuning up/down buttons.

6. Press the alarm radio button, display will flash alarm lasting time (from 1 hour to 4 hours) to be set for radio alarm. Using Tuning up/down to select required alarm lasting hours then press the alarm radio button again to complete ala rm radio setting.

7. To permanently cancel the alarm radio, press the alarm radio button until symbol is removed from the display.

Settin g the HWS (Humane Wake System) alarm

A beep tone will sound when using the HWS alarm. The alarm beep will increase in volume every 15 seconds for one minute followed by one minute silence before repeating the cycle. The HWS alarm will sound for one hour unless turned off by pressing the Power button. Pressing the Pow er button whilst the alarm is sounding will cancel the alarm for 24 hours.

1. The HWS alarm can be set with the radio switched off.

2. Press the HWS alarm button (Preset no. 4) until the hour digits and alarm symbol flash in the display followed by a beep tone.

3. Set the required hour using Tuning up/down buttons.

4. Press the HWS alarm button, th e minute digits will flash in the display.

5. Set the required minute using the Tuning up/down buttons.

6. Press HWS alarm button to complete alarm setting.

7. To permanently cancel the alarm, pre ss the HWS alarm button until the symbol is removed from the display.

Snoo ze function

1. Whilst the alarm is sounding, press any button (except the Power button ) will active the snooze function. The radio or HWS alarm will b e silenced for 5 minutes.

2. The display will flash both the snooze symbol and the alarm symbol. The snooze function can be repeated ly during the 1 hour that the alarms are active.

Sleep function

The sleep timer will automatically switch off the radio after a preset time has elapsed.

1. Press and continue to hold down the Power button for more than 2 seconds, followed by 2 beep tones, the display will cycle through the available sleep times in the order 90-60-30-15-90. Release the Power button when the required sleep time appears in the disp lay. The symbol will appear in the display and the radio will play the last station selected.

2. To cancel the sleep function, press the Power button, the symbol will disappear and the display will revert to showing real time.

Display backlight

When the radio is powered via the mains, the display backlight will be remain illuminated while pressing the Light button unless turned off by pressing the Light button. When your radio is powered by batteries pressing the Light button will turn on the display backlight and illuminate the display for approximately 15 seconds. The display backlight may be turned off immediately by pressing the Light button. The display backlight will remain illuminated after pressing the Light button if you continue operating the radio. The display backlight will be turned off automatically afte r 15 seconds of your last operation to the radio.

Setting tuning step Tuning step s on some countries are different from where you

purchase the radio. If you buy the radio in Europe and intend to use it in Northern America or some Southern American countries, you may have to adjust tuning step so the radio may continue to serve you well. While radio is switched off, press Preset 3 button (Step) for more than 7 seconds until display FM and 100 kHz (tuning step) are flashing followed by a beep tone. By pressing Tuning down button, you may adjust to 50 kHz per tuning step. After FM tuning step is re-set, press Preset 3 button, display will show MW and flash 9 kHz. By pressing Tuning up button, you may adjust to 10 kHz per tuning step. Complete the settin g by pressing Preset 3 button.

Similar thing will happen if you purchase PR-D2V in Northern America and wish to use it in Europe or other coun tries. Use same way as above to change the tuning step to fit your listening area.

DST (D aylight saving time)

While radio is switched off, press Preset 1 button (DST) for more than 2 seconds to advance the rea l time for one hour. Display DST symbol will appear . To be back to normal time, press Preset 1 button for more than 2 seconds until display DST symbol disappears.

Headph ones socket

A 3.5 mm Headphone socket located on the right-hand a fter Tone control button of your radio is provided for use with either headphones or an earpiece. Inserting a plug automatically mutes the internal loudspeaker.

Stereo /Mono button

The radio is designed to receive FM stereo broadcasting with headphones connected to th e headphones socket. If the reception is weak, continue pressing Band (Time Set. ST/MO ) button for more than 2 seconds to change from Stereo to Mono. In display, stereo indicator will disappear.

Extern al AM antenna socket (PR-D2V only)

Connect your outdoors AM antenna to improve the AM band reception.

Reset butto n

If the radio fails to operate correctly, or some digits on the display are missing or incomplete, carry out the following procedure.

1. With the aid of a suitable implement (the end of a paper clip), press the Reset button located on the underside of your radio for at least 5 se conds, this will reset the microprocessor, clock time and clear all stations stored in preset memory.

Manejo de las pilas

1. Quite la cubierta del compartimento de las pilas situado en la parte posterior de la unidad presionando sobre las presas en la direcció n de las flechas.

2. Inserte cuatro pil as de tipo UM-1(tamañ o D)en su l ugar correspondiente del compartiment o. Compruebe que las pilas están insertadas según la polaridad indicada en el interior del compartimento. Vuelva a colocar la cubierta d e las pilas.

3. Una potencia reducida, la presencia de distorsiones y un sonido ‘irregul ar’ son indicativos de que tal vez sea necesario cambiar las pilas.

4. Si no va a usarse la radio durante un perí odo prolongado de tiempo, es aconsejable sacar las pilas. Por econom í a, se aconseja utilizar la PR-D2(V) con la alimentació n eléctrica de red siempre que sea posible, empl eando las pilas só lo para usos ocasionales o en modo de espera.

Cambio de las pilas

1. El indicador de carga de las pilas aparecerá en la pantalla durante 7 segundos después de encender o apagar la radio. El indicador mostrará cuando las pilas estén a plena carga. Las pilas deben cambiarse cuando el indicador muestre o la potencia sea demasiado débil como para encender la radio (parpadeará durante 7 segundos). Después de sacar las pilas dispone de unos 3 minutos para colocar un as nuevas; transcurrido ese tiempo, se perderá la informació n del reloj y de la memoria.

Funcionam iento con la red eléctrica

Coloque la radio sobre una superficie plana. Conecte el enchufe a la toma situada en la pa rte posterior de la radio, comprobando que está completamente encastrado en la toma. Las pilas se desconectarán de forma automática. El cable de CA debe estar desconectado de la toma de red cuando no vaya a usarse durante un perí odo prolongado de tiempo.

Ajuste del reloj

1. El reloj se pondrá en funcionamiento al instalarse las pilas o cuando se conecte la radio a la fuente de al imentació n de la re d eléctrica. La pantalla mostrará 0:00 (PR-D2) o 12:00 (PR-D2V).

2. Comp ruebe que la radio está apagada.

3. Pulse el botó n Band (Time Set/ ST. MO.); parpadearán los dí gitos de la hora en la pantalla, seguido por un sonido bip.

4. Pulse el botó n Tuning up/down para establecer la hora.

5. Pulse el botó n Time Set; en la pantalla parpadearán los minutos.

6. Pulse los botones Tuning up/Down para esta blecer los minutos.

7. Pulse el botó n Time Set para finaliza el ajuste de la hora.

Funcio namiento de la radio

La radio está equipada con cuatro métodos de sintonizació n: exploració n de frecuencias, control giratorio, control manual y pre-si ntonizació n en memoria.

Sintonizació n por exploració n

1. Pulse el botó n Pow er para encender la radio.

2. Seleccione la banda de frecuencias que desee pulsando repetidamente el botó n Band. Para la banda FM/TV (PR-D2V), exti enda por completo la antena telescó pica y coló quela en un ángulo de 45 grados.

3. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botó n Tuning up o Tuning down durante más de 0,5 segundos para iniciar la sintonizació n por exploració n.

4. La radio explorará banda d e frecuencias seleccionada y se detendrá automáticamente cuando encuentre una emisora con la potencia suficiente. El indicador de sintoní a apar ecerá en la pantalla.

5. Par a reiniciar la sintonizació n por exploració n, pulse y mantenga pulsado el botó n Tuning up o Tuning down más de 0, 5 segundos.

6. Cuando se alcance el final de la banda de frecuencias, la radio emitirá un bip y continuará la exploració n en el extremo opuesto de dicha banda.

7. Gire el control Volume a la derecha para aumen tar el volumen y a la izquierda para reducirlo. Ajuste el control Tone según desee.

8. Para apagar la r adio, pulse el botó n Power.

Sinto nizació n manual

1. Pulse el botó n Pow er para encender la radio.

2. Seleccione la banda de frecuencia que desee pulsando repetidamente el botó n Band. Para la banda FM/TV (PR-D2V), exti enda por completo la antena telescó pica y coló quela en un ángulo de 45 grados.

3. Una pulsació n sobre el botó n Tuning up o Tuning down cambiará la f recuencia en los siguientes incrementos: FM 50 ó 100 kHz ( PD-D2),100 kHz ó 200 kHz (PR-D2V) MW 9 kHz ó 10 kHz (PR -D2V) TV 1 canal (PR-D2V)

4. Cuando una emisora está sintonizada correctamente, el indicador de sintonizació n aparecerá en la pantalla. Nota: cuando se alcance el final de la banda de frecuencias, la radio emitirá un bip y continuará la exploració n en el extremo opuesto de dicha banda.

5. Gire el control Volume a la derecha para aumen tar el volumen y a la izquierda para reducirlo. Ajuste el control Tone según desee.

6. Para apagar la radio, pul se el botó n Power

1. Pulse el botó n Power para encender la radio

2. Seleccione la banda de frecuencia que desee pulsando repetidamente el botó n Band. Para l a banda FM/TV (PR-D2V), extienda por completo la antena telescó pica y coló quela en un áng ulo de 45 grados.

3. Gire el con trol Tuning para cambiar la frecuencia en los siguientes incrementos: FM 50 kHz MW 1 kHz TV 1 canal (PR-D2V)

4. Cuando una emisora está sintonizada correctamente, el indicador de sintonizació n aparecerá en la pantalla Nota: cuando se alcance el final de la banda de frecuencias, la radio emitirá un bip y continuará la exploració n en el extremo opuesto de dicha banda.

5. Gire el control Volume a la derecha para aumen tar el volumen y a la izquierda para reducirlo. Ajuste el control Tone según desee

6. Para apagar la r adio, pulse el botó n Power.

Almacenamiento de emisoras en las memorias de presinton izació n

La radio dispone de 5 posiciones de memoria para cada banda de frecuencias.

1. Pulse el botó n Pow er para encender la radio.

2. Sintonice la emisora que desee usando uno de los métodos descritos previamente.

3. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botó n de memoria que estime oportuno hasta que la radio emita un bip (más de 2 segundos). El número de la memoria aparecerá en la pantalla y la emisora se almacenará en esa memoria.

4. Repita este p rocedimiento para las demás presintonizaciones.

5. Las emisoras a lmacenadas en las memorias presintonizadas pueden sobreescribirse utilizando el mismo procedimiento descrito anteriormente.

Escucha de las emisoras presintonizadas en la memoria

1. Pulse el botó n Pow er para encender la radio.

2. Seleccione la banda de frecuencia que desee pulsando repetidamente el botó n de banda.

3. Pulse momentáneamente el botó n Preset; aparecerán en la pan talla el número de memoria y la frecuencia de la emisora.

Ajuste de la alarma de la radio

Cuando se se lecciona la alarma de la radio, ésta se encenderá y emitirá la última emisora escuchada. La alarma de la radio sonará durante una hora salvo que se apague antes pulsando el botó n Power. Si se pulsa el botó n Power mientras está sonando la alarma, la ca ncelará durante 24 horas.

1. La hor a de la alarma se puede establecer con la radio apagada.

2. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botó n de alarma (presintonizació n nº. 5) hasta que los dí gitos de la hora y el sí mbolo de alarma parpadeen en la pantalla, y la radio emita un bip.

3. Establezca la hora que desee mediante los bot ones Tuning up/down.

4. Pulse el botó n de alarma; en la pantalla parpadearán los minutos.

5. Establezca los minutos mediante los botones T uning up/down.

6. Pulse el botó n de alarma; la pantalla parpadeará indicando el tiempo restante (de 1 a 4 horas) para configurar para la alarma. Use los botones Tuning up/down para seleccionar las horas r estantes para la alarma y, a continuació n, pulse de nuevo el botó n de alarma para fi nalizar el ajuste.

7. Para cancelar permanentem ente la alarma, pulse el botó n de la alarma hasta que desaparezca el sí mbolo de la pantalla.

Estab lecimiento de la alarma HWS (sistema de despertador humano)

Cuando use la alarma HWS, la radio emitirá un sonido bip. El volu men de este sonido irá en aumento cada 15 segundos durante un minuto, seguido por un minuto de silencio antes de repetir e ste ciclo. La alarma HWS sonará durante una hora salvo que se apague antes pulsando el botó n Power. Si se pulsa el botó n Pow er mientras está sonando la alarma la cancelará durante 24 horas.

1. La alarma HWS se puede establecer con la radio apagada.

2. Pulse el botó n de alarma H WS (presintonizació n n. 4) hasta que los dí gitos de la hora y el sí mbolo de alarma parpadeen en la pantalla, y la radio emita un bip.

3. Establezca la hora que desee mediante los bot ones Tuning up/down.

4. Pulse el botó n de alarma HWS; en la pantalla parpadearán los minutos.

5. Establezca los minutos mediante los botones T uning up/down.

6. Pulse el botó n de alarma HWS para finalizar el aj uste de la alarma.

7. Para cancelar permanentem ente la alarma, pulse el botó n de la alarma HWS hasta que desaparezca el sí mbolo de la pantalla.

Funció n de zumbad or

1. Mientras suena la alarma, pulse cual quier botó n (excepto Power) para activar la funció n de zumbador. La radio o la alarma HWS se silenciarán durante 5 minutos.

2. En la pantalla parpadearán el sí mbolo del zumbador y el de la al arma. La funció n de zumbador puede repetirse durante el perí odo de 1 hora en que las alarmas están activas.

Funció n de temporizador

El temporizador de sueñ o desconectará automáticamente la radio transcurrido un perí odo de tiempo preestablecido.

1. Pulse y mantenga pulsado el botó n Power durante más de 2 segundos, hast a que escuche dos bip; la pantalla pasará cí clicamente por los tiempos de temporizació n disponibles en el siguiente orden: 90-60-30-15-90. Suelte el botó n Power cuando aparezca en pantalla el tiempo de temporizació n requerido. Aparecerá el sí mbolo en la pantalla y la radio e mitirá la última emisora seleccionada.

2. Par a cancelar esta funció n, pulse el botó n Power; desaparece rá el sí mbolo y la pantalla volverá a mostrar la hora.

R etroiluminació n de la pantalla

Cuando la radio está alimentada median te la red eléctrica, la retroiluminació n de la pantalla permanecerá encendida mientras se pulse el botó n Light a no ser que se apague pulsando dicho botó n. Cuando está alimentada mediante pilas, al pulsar el botó n Light se activará la retroilumin ació n e iluminará la pantalla durante unos 15 segundos. La retroiluminació n de la pantalla puede apagarse inmediatamente pulsando el botó n Light. Dicha retroiluminació n permanecerá encendida después de pulsar el botó n Light si la radio sigue funcionando. Se apagará automáticamente transcurridos 15 segundos de la última vez que se utilizó algún control de la radio.

Ajuste del salto de sinto nizació n

Los saltos de sintonizació n en determinados paí ses son distintos de los del lugar en donde adquirió la radio. Si la compró en Europa e intenta usarla en N orteamérica o en algunos paí ses de Sudamérica, tal vez tenga que ajustar la sintonizació n de modo que pueda seguir utilizándola.

Con la radio apagada, pulse el botó n Preset 3 (Paso) durante más de 7 segundos hasta que FM y 100 kHz (sintonizació n) parpadeen y suene un bip. Pul sando el botó n Tuning down puede ajustar a 50 kHz por sintonizació n. Tras la sintonizació n de los saltos de FM, pulse el botó n Preset 3; la pantalla mostrará MW y parpadeará 9 kHz. Pulsando el botó n Tuning up puede ajustar a 10 kHz por salto de sintonizació n. Complete el ajuste pulsando de nuevo el botó n Preset 3.

Ocurre algo parecido si adquiere la PR-D2V en Norteamérica y desea usarla en Europa o en otros paí ses. Utilice el mismo método ya descrito para cambiar el salto de sintonizació n de modo que se ajuste a la zona donde se encuentre.

DST (sistema de horario d e verano)

Cuando la r adio está apagada, pulse el botó n Preset 1 (DST) durante más de 2 segundos para adelantar la hora real en una hora. Aparecerá en la pantalla el sí mbolo de DST. Para regresar a la hora normal, pu lse de nuevo Preset 1 durante más de 2 segundos hasta que desaparezca de la pantal la el sí mbolo de DST.

Toma para au riculares

La radio dispone de una toma para auriculares de 3,5 mm situada en el lado derecho, detrás del botó n Tone control. Si se inserta un conector se enmudece automáticamente el altavoz interno.

Botó n Stereo/Mon o

La radio puede recibir emisoras de FM en estéreo con auriculares conectados a su correspondi ente toma. Si la recepció n es débil, siga pulsando el botó n Band (Time Set . ST/MO ) durante más de 2 segundos para cambiar de estéreo (Stereo) a monoaural (Mono). El indicador de estéreo desapare cerá de la pantalla.

Sopo rte externo de la antena de AM (só lo la PR-D2V)

Conecte la antena de AM para exteriores con el fin de mejorar la recepció n en dicha banda.

Botó n Reset

Si la radio no funciona correctamente o algunos dí gitos no aparecen en la pantalla o aparecen incompletos, haga lo siguiente: Con la herramienta adecuada (por ejemplo, el extremo de un clip), pulse el botó n Reset situado en la parte inferior de la radio durante un mí nimo de 5 segundos; de este modo se reiniciará e l microprocesador y se borrarán la hora y las emisoras almacenadas en la memoria.
