The Sagem MF 3620 sms is delivered with a toner of 2000-page capacity and a starter drum of 4000-page capacity. The speed of transmission, analysis and the memory capacity refer to ITU n°1 document in normal mode. Internet access is the client’s responsibility (contact SAGEM S.A. for more information). The SAGEM MF 3620 sms is a both a veritable communication tool, a high-performance multifunction, and a simple, economical machine as a result of numerous features. These features include a LAN 10/100 base T connection, colour flatbed and scroll scanners, a B&W printer and an Internet connection.

• High-performance fax

With its high transmission and analysis speed, the SAGEM MF 3620 sms can also print quickly. Possessing both an unlimited backup memory (500 pages) and a large capacity paper reserve, this machine can deal with heavy fax traffic levels in the greatest security.

• Send documents with LAN

Connected to a mail account server (SMTP/POP3), the SAGEM MF 3620 sms can send both B&W and colour documents in the form of attachments to other PC’s on the local network at zero cost, as a result of its “Scan to e-mail” function. The transmission of such documents to an e-mail address is also possible if your e-mail account server is connected to the Internet.

•Print in Black and White*

Connected to the LAN, the SAGEM MF 3620 sms can be used as a B&W printer that can be shared on both the network and as a standalone. This is ideal for fast and high-quality printing of documents, letters and presentations.

•Copy in B&W

The SAGEM MF 3620 sms is a veritable black and white high-quality digital copier with a speed of 14 ppm and uses CCD and CIS technology. It possesses a display screen, a 50-page document feeder, a fax and zoom (25% to 400%) function.

• SMS Terminal

The SAGEM MF 3620 sms can be used to send short messages (SMS) to mobile phones: Easy to write – Full alphabetical keyboard and control screen Easy to send – one-touch key, address book, multidiffusion, automatic sending Ready-to-use – without a GSM subscription or Internet account, the cost of an SMS appears separately on the phone bill (SMS function available depending on country).

• Send scanned colour documents world-wide by e-mail

Using the “Scan to e-mail” function and the 56Kmodem Internet connection, the SAGEM MF 3620 sms diffuses colour and b&w documents (TIFF-F and JPEG format) to all PCs possessing an e-mail account. This is possible thanks to the “Scan to email” function and the machine’s 56Kbps modem. The multidiffusion of documents to numerous e-mail addresses only costs the price of a local call.

•An ergonomic multifunction machine

The machine’s ergonomics makes user manuals useless. Its 7-key navigator, large screen, programmable keys and “Qwerty” keyboard make it simple and “intuitive” to use the various functions and directory.

•Fax connectable to the SAGEM F@X™ SERVER*

Linked to the SAGEM F@X™ SERVER, the LAN connection not only allows transmission on the Internet via your network, but also, the management of faxes sent and received directly from the SAGEM F@X™ SERVER. Thus, it is possible to centralise the storage of your fax traffic.
