RECORD LEVEL:

Adjust the volume of
music you’re recording.

HEADPHONE
LEVEL: Adjusts the

volume level when you
listen with headphones.

LINE OUT: Connect
to your amplifier to
hear yourself through
speakers.

SPLIT/MIXED:

When listening with
headphones, allows
you to hear sampled
music in one channel,
and yourself in
the other.

HEADPHONES:

Plug in headphones for
personal listening; adjust
volume with “headphone
level” control.

INSTRUMENT IN:

Plug your instrument
in here.

LINE IN: Plug your
source music in here
with stereo mini-plug.

LEFT/BOTH/RIGHT:

Record only the channels of
source music you want.

ON-OFF

PLAYBACK SPEED:

Select from four playback
speeds (1/3, 1/2, 2/3 or
full) without changing
the pitch. LED indicates
present setting.

RECORD: Press the
“stop” & “play” buttons
together to begin recording.
Records continuously until
you press “stop.” Saves
your recording in memory
until you hit record again –
even with power off.

STOP: Press
this button to
stop recording,
or playback.

PLAY: Plays your 30
second sample of music
over and over, until you
press “stop.” Starts over
again each time you
press “play.” Sounds
great at all speeds!
