In many situations it can be very useful to measure water activity in production

or storage rooms, e.g. inspection of bulk materials to ensure they meet specifi-

cations.

Applications

Water activity measurements in production processes: QC checks of cheese,

meat, tobacco, building materials, animal feeds, bakery products, paper, medici-

nes, horticulture, agriculture, pharmaceutical, etc.

Water activity sets

The HygroPalm AW sets are the perfect solution for on-site measurements.

They are supplied in a tough, lightweight ABS carry case and include everything

needed for measurement and calibration.

The difference between the two sets is in the depth (14 and 40 mm respectively)

of the sample holders and disposable sample containers.
